The stay was amazing. The place is right in front of the sea, with a spectacular view that is enjoyed from any corner. Everything was clean, well equipped and very cozy. Also, the host was very friendly and responsive throughout our entire visit. I would definitely come back!

The house is very spacious and what I liked was that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is well located, 1 block from the beach. The only thing I would suggest to make it a divine place is that the pool be heated to enjoy it even when it is not so hot. Otherwise, it is very cozy

Mario's place is perfect, I loved the clubhouse pool. The house was impeccable, and the terrace is the best, it has everything; my only recommendation is to put a TV with a high rack in the living room. I'll be back anyway 🙌🏻

We were 2 families with children, we had a great time. The condo is very family-friendly with activities for the kids; the beach is relaxing; the restaurant is very good and the house A1. The condominium and apartment are in excellent condition, well maintained and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A real pleasure to arrive at a place like this. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an excellent refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, filtered coffee maker and more. The TVs have streaming apps enabled (I used Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ without any problems), and the sound systems are of very good quality. The décor and furnishings create a welcoming vibe. The condominium works impeccably, with operational facilities, well-maintained pools and a practical restaurant. Some details to consider: parking is somewhat tight (Toyota Rav4 with 20 cm margin per side). On weekends there are more people, but the use control in the family pool allows rotation and good access. I'd like to highlight the communication with Giancarlo, always attentive and quick to respond. In short, an excellent stay in a beautiful place.

We were greeted by Mrs. Luz's husband, then her niece in charge was attentive to us. The place is nice, private, safe, there are few families around, pet friendly. For the date we came it was a little cold at night, but good weather in general. There is quite a bit of wildlife, we were able to walk quietly with our dogs on the beach. The house is very nice on the outside and inside, clean, with several appliances and kitchenware to use. The bathrooms are also very clean. The only problem is the showers, in some the water comes out but mopping solves it. The pool is small but it was very clean, quite nice. The grill is good, we brought our own charcoal but there was some to use, I would recommend bringing lighters. It is better to come with your own car to be able to get to Boulevard de Asia easily, but in any case there are Ubers that accept the trip,

Totally recommended! Above all, Herbert's attention and kindness was what encouraged us to stay, since he answered all our questions and concerns. The house is super clean and decorated, the rooms are well maintained and every detail made the place worthwhile!

The apartment is cozy, all tidy and clean. Only the coffee pot and the bulkheads should be fixed. The sea exit at night is dark the way. Hence everything is very helpful from the security that works to the owner.

Alfredo is a good host, the house inside the condominium as described, first line of Puerto Viejo beach, tidy and clean, although strict in the rules of coexistence. The maintenance workers are very friendly and correct. would go again

We had a great stay! To begin with, the house was very nice and very clean, something that is very important to me; everything was impeccable and tidy. The house is very cozy and the condominium is super quiet, we had no problems, it was all very relaxing in a very warm atmosphere. The condominium security staff were very friendly and reliable, always ready to help us with a smile. The beach is very quiet and without many people, in addition to having the house and condominium pool. Carol was also very kind at all times and super clear with the directions. As I said, we didn't have any stress or problems at any time. We definitely hope to be back soon. It was a very nice weekend to disconnect. The casita is highly recommended.

Our stay at Ymelda's apartment was excellent. It's the last condominium built and it looked like a brand new apartment. It included clean sheets, a hairdryer that made logistics easier for us. My girls had a lot of fun and there was always cordial and permanent communication with Ymelda for any questions we had. Thank you and we will certainly consider this option for next summer :).
