I had a great stay at Gabriela‘s place! It was like my own cozy studio with its own bathroom and kitchenette. It was clean and private. The neighborhood felt safe and had lots of sidewalks for walking. Gabriela herself was nice and accommodating. She even let me swap my stay dates due to a flight change which I really appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience and exactly what I needed :)

Loved staying at Pooja’s place. Was able to get the quiet getaway I was looking for. Felt right at home.

A great stay for 4 people and a big dog. There were lots of in home amenities that we enjoyed, the board games especially! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the donut shop down the street was a great spot. :) The location makes an easy drive downtown or the beach. It is an older house with stairs to the bedrooms, like the listing states, but it feels like a real home to me.

Anna’s place was exactly as described. Bright and super clean. The host has thought of everything a guest would want and need during the stay. Loved the location. Condo is within 10 minutes walking from downtown Campbell or Pruneyard shopping center. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Tatyana’s place! The apartment is spacious, super cozy, and had everything I needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to clean linens, towels, and plenty of closet space. The place was super clean when I got there and immediately felt like home. The location is also a big plus—just minutes from downtown Campbell and right next to a shopping plaza with a grocery store, laundromat and restaurants. The only thing to note is the Wi-Fi—it’s quite slow, so video calls or remote work can be a bit challenging. That aside, everything else was perfect. Thank you, Tatyana and family! I’d love to stay again next time I’m in Campbell.

I felt right at home. It was nice to get away for my daughter’s graduation from UCSC. The drive to the graduation wasn’t bad at all. I loved being near the water and was able to walk to the cliff side for a beautiful sunset view. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!! Right across the street from the beach with a beach view out the bedroom window. Lots to do in walking distance. We loved our stay in Capitola!

We loved our weekend at Jamie's amazing apartment in Capitola! It was so easy to walk to the beach and we loved hanging out in the beautiful backyard with our little one. Perfect spot for our little family's getaway to the beach!

The place was perfect. The apartment was super cozy and clean. The location was close to lots of things specially the beach in Santa Cruz. The apartment was well-equipped with everything you need. I definitely recommend this place.

Surf City - Capitola GEM, cozy little spot with all the creature co.forts of home. This property is like a Swiss Army Knife, every appliance and utensils you'd ever need for a comfortable stay. Love this place, clean, great furnishings for a quick getaway. Will definitely be back.

Cute and clean in-law apartment located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with walking distance to local hot spots. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. She responded quickly when questions arose. I would recommend this place for a great stay in Santa Cruz!

We have stayed at many beach hotels and apartments and this may have been the best. Beautiful view of the beach, which is pretty quiet. And you can walk on the beach for a couple of hours in either direction. Also really enjoyed the location in Watsonville, which is the strawberry capital of the US. And nice to have Monterey and Santa Cruz nearby. Communicaiton with Pajaro Dunes was very good and helpful. Look forward to coming back.

Christine is the ultimate host. She answered any questions we had in a very short period of time. Amazing. The unit is spotless and the decorations are exactly what I would have chosen. The beds are amazingly comfortable. We slept longer than we do at home. We can’t say enough positive attributes about our vacation time at Christine’s. An added bonus are the outstanding restaurants, some within walking distance. There is also Trader Joe’s and Sees Candy!! so close you can smell the chocolate 🤗

Matthew was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The space itself was very clean and in a peaceful location, with some great hiking trails nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful resort and a fabulous room! It was very spacious and well stocked. A little pricey....but that's the economy - would absolutely book again in the future if possible

We stay in the Santa Cruz area quite a bit as my kids go to camp nearby. I really enjoyed the Seascape Resort. Bailey's listing was perfect! It is MUCH quieter than Capitola and Santa Cruz, which is more my jam. The resort is landscaped beautifully and we enjoyed exploring! The beach is just a short walk. Side note: check out the grocery store in the village across the street. They make fantastic sandwiches which are perfect for a beach picnic!

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The place was very clean a day modern. We loved all of the amenities they offered. it was the perfect place for our family of 4 to relax in such a beautiful space. Thank you! We will be back!

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

Easy check in. I enjoyed the ability to cook in the kitchen and even have some of the essentials already in the cabinets. Bed is very comfy. The flowers around the house make the place smell wonderful!

Can’t recommend this place enough! Great location at the edge of the resort, so it feels quiet and private and yet has all the usual Seascape amenities. It’s also right on the path that leads down to the beach. Everything feels new and sparkling clean. The unit is larger than the typical Seascape 2 bedroom, with an extra dining room space.

We stayed at Kathleen's place with our 3 young children (including infant). The space was plenty spacious and felt large enough to accommodate all of us. Access to the pool area was easy - steps away from the unit which was nice for us because we're always forgetting something inside. The place was very clean and homey feeling, and. as other reviewers mentioned, the kitchen was well stocked, including coffee, and cooking essentials. All in all it was very comfortable and accommodating.
