Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Cruz

The place was spotless and pristinely clean. Extremely Close to the airport and everything else ..beaches , national parks, butterfly and donkey farm. The private pool is always warm and they had a cleaner come take some leaves out mid stay which was a nice plus. This is a place you don’t mind paying the cleaning fee for! Aruba is amazing and when we return I would not mind either renting this. Air BNB or the other one owned by Joren next door with a slightly larger pool ! He was very responsive and let us check in a little early which was a huge plus as well. No complaints overall - thanks for the stay !

we loved staying here for our first time in Aruba!! it was close to everything and so many photo ops!!! it was beautiful and just felt homey and peaceful! we loved how easy it was and the decorations were beautiful!

My wife and I spent Friday to Monday for my birthday weekend at the property, and we had a great time. The room is exactly as you see in the pics. The location is perfect, you can access everything in a short period of time going in any direction. we had a rental car. Very peaceful area, with some local charm. 10/10 - 100% recommended. Don't think twice, BOOK IT! You will not regret it!

Jorge is an excellent host, very kind and attentive to our stay. He provided us with a lot of information so we could enjoy Aruba. It also has all the necessary items such as chairs, cooler to enjoy the days on the beaches. He provided us with a vacuum cleaner for cleaning the car, which was very helpful. We had a great time and everything was excellent. We will return and 100% recommend Jorge, a good host.

I enjoyed staying here and as a solo traveler I felt very safe. I choose this area to be closer to Baby Beach. It was so convenient to have a washer & dryer. Steve was very responsive.

Loved our stay here! We got a great taste of what it feels like to be a local while still having amenities. The courtyard and string lites are a great addition and we appreciate the privacy we were granted. The home was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes. Location was a bit hard to find but after a couple of tries we got it. I do wish the water in the kitchen and shower got hotter.

This was the best vacation we had by far in Caribbean islands. This house was absolutely stunning and exactly like in the pictures and descriptions. We cooked food with Moringa and tamarind fruits from the trees in the house and were absolutely delicious. Kids and us had an absolute blast in the pool. There was everything required and needed provided in the house. Beach chairs, umbrellas floaters, snorkeling kits,full kitchen, emergency kits, sunscreen, the list is endless. This felt like home. We look forward to coming back again to this place. Amazing amazing amazing house and host!!!

We had a great stay at Yvette's house! The house has everything you need and the backyard is amazing. We loved hanging out in the pool and eating breakfast and dinner on the patio. The house has beach chairs and towels, and a cooler, which made it easy to enjoy all the beautiful beaches on the island. We also rented a car from Yvette and that made the visit super easy - they picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, and drove us to the house on the first day. Overall, we highly recommend Yvette's house and we look forward to going back soon!

Great place! Would stay here again. This was our first time to Aruba. We came for two weeks for our honeymoon. The cost to stay at Anja’s place on the SE side of the island was the determining factor for our choice to stay here. We had all the amenities without the crowds. We did drive almost every day 30 minutes across the island in our little Kia Picanto rental car to our favorite Eagle Beach! Aruba received record rainfall during two of our fourteen days on the island. It was pretty awesome to witness. A little bit of water drained in under the front door from the front patio but the little bit of fresh water didn’t “rain on our parade.” The open white-tiled breezy front patio was a great spot to eat some home cooked breakfasts before heading out on our daily Aruban adventures. Well appointed kitchen equipped with a nicer range than our own home has, was fun to cook in with the lizards (iguanas and others) and birds hanging out just outside the kitchen sink window! Truly an amazing experience from the moment of arrival! We enjoyed all the onsite amenities, available water toys, and anything else that would be desired to explore the island. The property manager was truly a gem, provided great recommendations and checked to ensure our needs were met. Communication with both him and Dan was second to none. I’d highly recommend to anyone who wants a more private setting without the crowds of an all inclusive. Whether you want to explore the island or relax at home, this place has it all! Have fun, enjoy your stay and try not to miss a sunset from your own back yard!

I love this place it was very spacious and bigger than expected the outside area was my favorite at night it was just peaceful to sit outside. The natural light into the master bedroom was amazing and the pool right there was quite the top. All the appliances were very Modern and high tech. Place was spotless and them having beach chairs for you to use to go to beaches was clutch. They communicated fast with all my concerns within 10-15 mins regardless of time. I would recommend for anyone this place is near all the best beaches and 15 mins from the airport can’t beat that.

Excellent cost-benefit

Amazing place to stay. It has everything you might need for a vacation (specially the beach chairs, umbrella and eski). The private neighborhood is beautiful and very close to pal beach restaurants (15 mins walk).

We have never stayed downtown but this place was wonderful! It was so close, walking distance to shopping, water and great foods! Lying in the bed, looking at the ocean was gorgeous! Thank you for being so responsive!

We stayed at the condo in late May/early June! It’s a lovely space, bright, clean, safe, well appointed for a short stay! Balcony was great! We loved Diego (one of the concierges) and we also loved Happy Hour at the restaurant on the 2nd floor! The location is super central, would recommend renting a car, it’s very easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again!

I loved staying at Esteban‘s property. It was super convenient to a lot of the places I wanted to eat and do. Love that there was free parking and easy accessibility to the amenities like the pool and the gym. The restaurant/bar on the second floor was perfect for quick bites and everyone at the property was super helpful, especially Diego. I would certainly stay here again!
