Luminoso, molto silenzioso ed estremamente confortevole, è composto da una piccola e graziosa cucina con piano ad induzione, un bagno con ampia doccia, una camera con letto matrimoniale ed uno spazioso soggiorno. Il loft e' dotato inoltre di aria condizionata. ·Per qualsiasi domanda.. non esitate a chiedere! È ufficiale: è tornato uno dei più iconici mercatini di Natale in Piazza Santa Croce dal 20 novembre al 19 dicembre! Vivere a fianco di Santa Croce significa essere fisicamente al centro di tutte le attrattive del centro di Firenze, fra le quali la casa di Michelangelo,il Duomo, museo del Bargello,museo dell’Accademia,Galleria degli Uffizi,Mercato di Sant’Ambrogio. ·Per quanto riguarda i trasporti l'abitazione è in una posizione molto privilegiata, collegata perfettamente sia con i viali di circonvallazione sia con il Lungarno della Zecca Vecchia. Inoltre in piazza Santa Croce vi è anche una fermata per taxi, ed in via Ghibellina una fermata del C2 (il minibus del centro storico che arriva dalla stazione SMN). Per il parcheggio delle vetture (siamo in zona ZTL) è comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo Parclick (a pagamento) in Corso dei Tintori 35r, facilmente raggiungibile dai viali e vicino all'abitazione (150 metri). C'è anche il sito multilingue per prenotare il proprio posto. Once entered the apartment, you will be greeted warmly by the homely atmosphere at once. High white wash exposed beams and plenty of windows provide an abundance of natural light. Tastefully decorated with enchanting artwork and charismatic furnishings, this apartment will surely give you an authentic experience one could never obtain in a standard hotel. Next to the fully equipped kitchen, there is an original open fireplace and a magnificent tribal throne at your disposal. The space opens up to a cute living room/dining area for you to wind down in after a long day of sightseeing. The large double bed and the glorious headboard are also ideal for stretching out after walking around this ancient city. The bathroom is incredibly charming with new fittings and fixtures and fun striped tiles. My guests will have all the apartment for them I’m always ready to answer to all the questions that my guests have! This apartment is set in the Renaissance surroundings of Piazza Santa Croce, in the historic heart of Florence. It's also the location for 'Calcio Fiorentino', a traditional 16th-century football game. Walk from here to numerous sights and museums. From the airport the best way for reach the apartment is by taxi. (25minutes) From the station you can come by walk (25/30 minutes) or taxi (5/7 minutes) If come by car, the nearest garage is Garage dei Tintori, 3 minutes walking from the apartment.

Just nearby Piazza dei Ciompi and 5 minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore and Santa Croce square, this historical stone-built apartment is an elegant and comfortable oasis in the heart of Florence. You can relax at home while enjoying the private garden, with jasmines, roses, hydrangeas and cammelias. You’ll love the peaceful setting in the lively area of Sant’Ambrogio, bustling with artistic and artisanal activity, and full of the sounds and smells of the local cuisine. This is one area that has maintained, still today, the ancient traditions of Tuscany. There are several traditional restaurants, local food shops and artisan products at the local market and in the shops. Spazioso appartamento recentemente ristrutturato al secondo piano (senza ascensore) di un'edificio storico di Firenze, proprio accanto alla meravigliosa chiesa di Santa Croce della quale è possibile vedere le bellissime vetrate colorate semplicemente affacciandosi alla finestra.
