Unbeatable. Pure design, good taste, comfort. Everything is like new and there are very nice welcome touches such as water in the fridge, cookies, tea, coffee, cocoa, makeup remover and even a welcome chocolate. The host is super nice and polite. Always ready to help and solve. At night there is no noise or hassle. The apartment is close to everything in the downtown area. I recommend it.

We stayed in Rocío's apartment for a few days as a family (my wife, our two children and I) and it was an excellent experience. From the first moment, Rocío was very helpful and kind, always available to answer our questions. The apartment was impeccable, just as seen in the photos: clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is very good, close to everything, but in a quiet area, ideal for resting. My kids felt right at home and so did we. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Rocío for everything!

Beautiful and cozy cottage, which has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful interior, cozy and private area. And for winter holidays there is a stove and heater in the house, it will be comfortable! We dream of coming back again!

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our little dog and we felt very safe and calm. It's very easy to get parking in the block during the afternoon/evening so we almost always left it at the door, it's a very safe area.

The apartment is excellent and has a wonderful view! It has two bathrooms with a shower and is ideal for a stay of up to 4 people. Just for caution, the entrance to the parking lot is small, so if you have a very large car check the measures before with Noemí. Noemi is great, she responds on time and everything is 10. We would go back without hesitation!

Came here all the way from the USA for a quick 7 day stay had. Small grocery store right in front of the building so everything I needed was there had the gym all to my self most nights. If I ever need a quick stay Fernando will be the one I speak too!

Great apartment with an amazing ocean view. Sofia welcomed us very warmly, answered all our questions and was very attentive to the check-in and check-out times, which were flexible. The apartment is well equipped for cooking. It has central heating. Even though it's on the first floor, it's very quiet because the windows insulate the sound coming from outside well.

We thank Silvia and Monica for the beautiful stay we had and their immense kindness. The apartment is very comfortable; the view of the sea is spectacular, both from the living room and from the main bedrooms. It is fully equipped, even with thoughtful details such as táperes and board games, and the heating works great. Also, we were able to easily coordinate an earlier check in. It is also important to highlight the location, as it is close (less than five blocks) to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

The stay was perfect. Both Martina and Rosana, who waited for me to give me the key and welcome me and to take it away, were very kind and communicated immediately when I wrote to them. Rosana waited for me on time, at the time we had agreed, and on departure, I had to leave a few hours earlier, she had no problem adapting. The apartment is spotless, it has a lot of light and air, everything is new and very practical, everything you need for the 4 days you're there.
