Sammi is a friendly and responsive host with a lovely one-bedroom space. The place was exceptionally clean, cozy, and exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was perfect for what I needed. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Roman was a very generous and kind landlord. he was prompt on everything I asked. he replaced my air conditioner when the old one wasn’t working. I was there during a heat wave which made it quite hot and the only other thing to note it’s very loud because the apartment building is next to a freeway. just FYI to any light sleepers. Laundry is $6 and takes quarters. Simple place, nothing fancy. Two great smart tvs.

Peaceful creek-side studio in a redwood grove. Private entrance with bathroom & mini-kitchen. Unit is attached to the main house but it's very private and feels like a cabin. Hang out in the cozy room, in the private glen by the creek or go explore Henry Cowell Redwoods state park, local restaurants or tourist train. 20 min drive to the ocean & Santa Cruz. Wilder Ranch state Park is pretty close too. A good hub for exploring Monterey and Big Sur. San Francisco is close enough for a day trip

Excellent place to stay! I had a long term stay. Check in was very easy, Amy was always quick to respond, the apartment was fully stocked, and the internet was very fast. Description and pictures are all accurate. Highly recommend.

Linda and Marc were fantastic hosts! The room is as it is listed! Location is close to Dirion station which is great after you've taken the CalTrain! Couldn't recommend this listing anymore!

What a wonderful oasis in a time of stress for our family. We needed to be close to the local hospital and the location for that reason was ideal. What made it really special was the lovely and peaceful backyard. It is a home that is well cared for and it showed. We were able to explore Redwood City a bit and it is a lively, bustling place with many great restaurants. I really appreciated the hosts' responsiveness and communication throughout our stay. If we ever needed to stay in the area again, we would definitely seek out this home. It was really lovely.

This was my second stay here at Hai's place. Clean space and quiet neighborhood. I had a perfect short stay. Host is responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this home!
