Wir sind Christa und Christian und haben 2024 in unserem hübschen Haus in Südlage mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Wiesen und Wälder des Wienerwaldes eine Einleger-Wohnung errichtet. Die vielen Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, die Poolbenutzung einerseits und die Nähe zur Stadtgrenze (6 Kilometer) machen die Unterkunft zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für eine Mischung aus Städtetripp und Erholung. Die Autobus Haltestelle nach Wien befindet sich 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

In the lowest part of our about 100-year-old detached house is a small, independent apartment with separate entrance and access to the garden. Small but nice and quiet location. In a minute's walk you are in the beautiful Vienna Forest and in 5 minutes you are at the train station, from which it is possible to reach Vienna within about 20 minutes. 2 adults and 1 to 2 children can be accommodated here, but up to 4 adults could also stay here.

Accessed via a private staircase, an anteroom with kitchen, a large living room ( dining table, corner couch and TV), three separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, all on one level, are available. There are many cozy places to relax in the 2000m2 fully fenced garden. From May to October you can use the pool,which is heated by solar collectors.

This cozy depositor apartment offers you a private entrance, parking and wifi. It includes a bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and living room with pull-out couch. The quiet location in the countryside is ideal for hiking and skiing vacationers – numerous hiking trails and a ski slope are nearby. The Wachau is a short drive away. In the summer you can use the pool. Perfect for a relaxing stay in nature.

Vergiss deine Sorgen und fühle dich wohl in dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft, gelegen in einem Privatgarten. Das Studio hat einen eigenen Eingang begehbar über die Terrasse, die nur mit den Gastgebern geteilt wird. Berndorf liegt ca. 40 km im Süden von Wien, die Kurstadt Baden ist ca. 15 km entfernt und bietet Möglichkeiten für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Kulturinteressierte und Ruhesuchende.
