Quiet, cozy furnished apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. In winter, you can reach the ski resorts of St. Johann in Tyrol, Kitzbühel and Waidring-Steinplatte within 10-15 minutes drive, as well as Ellmau, Fieberbrunn-Saalbach-Hinterglemm in 20-25 minutes drive. The cozy apartment is located in a great location. Restaurant & shopping are available. In summer, many hiking trails can be reached directly from the property. Lakes, swimming pools, playgrounds, gondolas & downhill possibilities can be reached either by bike or with a short drive. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is right around the house and is accessible by walking. Ski touring or downhill skiing is also reachable within 5 minutes by car.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 7 girls and we had an absolutely wonderful time. A beautiful apartment with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a living area with a kitchen that was perfectly equipped. A beautiful terrace with a view of nature. We were the only apartment on the floor and there was a sauna, which was absolutely great. We had an extra massage in the sauna, including water with mint and lemon, tea. Many restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. Train station as well. Thank you!!!
