We rent our renovated attic apartment (2 floors) on outskirts of Stadtroda in a very quiet location. Access to the apartment is via a separate staircase. On the 2nd floor there are the following rooms: Living area Kitchen Bathroom with shower (from July 2019 also with washing machine) Bedroom with double bed (1.80 m) Children's room with double bed (1.40 m) In the attic there is another room with a double bed (1.60 m) Access to this room is via a steep staircase.

My fully equipped apartment is located in the outskirts of Gera. Free parking is available in front of the house. TV, Wi-Fi and a well-stocked kitchen are available. The apartment is ideal for craftsmen, guests in transit or people who do not mind that the apartment is located a little outside. Bus and tram are nearby. The balcony with a view of the countryside invites you to switch off. Smokers are welcome... but please only on the balcony ;-.

In the countryside with a playground and yet in 5 minutes on the highway to the Hermsdorf intersection. Jena can be reached in 18 minutes. In Stadtroda all shops and swimming pool. The rental period may be extended if guests abide by the rules.

Internet: 50 megas download, 10 megas upload. Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Centrally located, new and modern furnished apartment in the center of Geras. Close to everything. The bakery is right next door. Two minutes' walk to the tram and 10 minutes to the beautiful market. 4 adults can easily stay there. The highlight is of course the beautiful large roof terrace. The most freaky accomodation in Jena. Wooden cottage on steep slope and fantastic view over the city. The highlight is a heatable bathing tub on a big wooden terrace !!! Simple, but cozy accomodation surrounded by gardens and nature. About 30 minutes walking distance to city center. Most suitable for single travellers, groups of two friends and couples.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, but also a large park. The town of Apolda is only a few kilometers from Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza or Naumburg. We hosts live in a house on the same property and are happy to help you with “advice and assistance.”
