This beautiful craftsman style house is over 110 years old and still has all the original woodwork making it cozy and inviting. It is also tastefully decorated with art and antique furniture giving it a very unique and boutique feel. The apartment is centrally located and allows easy access to everything Springfield has to offer. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and a large living room. Located 3 miles west of Springfield, our home is on 5 acres in a semi-rural area. It is only a few minutes from interstate 72. Most Lincoln sites are 12 miles away (15-20 minutes). St.John's Hospital is a 15-20 minute drive. (13 miles) Memorial Hospital is a 20-25 minute drive. (11 miles) Italian, Thai, and American cuisine can be found a few miles away. A drive-in theater and water park are about 10 minutes from our location.
