Veronique was so very friendly and her response time was expeditious. She gave recommendations and answered all our questions. Veronique respected our privacy and was very accommodating due to the fact our plane landed earlier than check-in time. Check in and check out were seamless. Veronique and My Sweet Home exceeded our expectations. Cannot wait to go back.

Perfect stay! Went with a group of 5 for my birthday absolutely loved everything about this Villa! From the views to the decor and the space. The location was close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love it!

We absolutely loved Tamara's place as well as the area. We are in love with the beach which is a super close walk and extremely convenient. Tamara was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back.

Incredible house and location, the pictures on the site do not do it justice. Everything about the house was perfect, the decks face the sunset and two different beaches, that are easy to walk to down designated paths. Both beaches are gorgeous and have great swimming and snorkeling. The house was extremely clean and well equipped, it even has two expresso makers! The pool is beautiful and has a waterfall to a second lower level. The AC worked well and the wifi was extremely fast. The location is amazing, half way between Marigot and Grand Case, which is the gourmet center of the island. Grand case was an easy (one road) ten minute drive. Sarah was a fantastic host, she responded quickly to any questions and sent us photos and videos to make sure that we could find the house. Any request or question was answered immediately and she gave us great recommendations for the area. We are already planning our return to this house next year! We will definitely be back...Thanks, Sarah!

I am a pretty regular visitor to the island. Have staid at many different locations over time. I loved the place. Nice arrival package that I'd actually useful. Not to mention the place has an air fryer. That was the one thing that put it into 5 star territory :). Kept me in decent snacks and reheated pizza that isnt ruined in a microwave for a week.

We spent three amazing days in this beautiful Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the view of the beach and planes landing. The view is just spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of Simpson Bay Beach. The balcony is very large, and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the place special. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the view from the terrace is so beautiful. Perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. It was worth the money spent. It was close to everything including the airport and within walking distance to Maho Beach and the casino and restaurants. We look forward to staying again! I would recommend to anyone who needs a spacious home with great views and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Wei and Fritz.

We had a great experience with this Airbnb! The host made sure to give us a great welcome. The condo is clean, has a great view, and was an easy walk to Mullet Bay beach.

This was our first time to Sint Maarten, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot! The location is very private, and the views are incredible. The place was spotless and was stocked with any amenities we would need. We have vacationed in the Virgin Islands for years, and Indigio Bay might make us reconsider. When we come to the island again we are absolutely staying here. Mike was fantastic, we couldn’t find the remote, and Mike came right over to help us out. We had a fantastic time, and loved relaxing at the house. 10/10

We had a great stay! The location of the apartment is really great – in a good residential area. Large pool on the roof where you can swim lengths. The pool was great for watching the planes at Princess Juliana Airport. Anyone who comes to the island for this reason will not find a better location than this. The accommodation had direct access to the beach. There is a beach bar right next (but you didn't hear anything from the beach bar). The apartment was very well equipped and absolutely clean, nothing was missing. Thierry gave us shopping bags. Communication was prompt and uncomplicated. Thierry welcomed us personally when we arrived, he explained everything to us and also gave us valuable tips for our stay. We felt completely at home and would come back at any time!

Thank you Romain! I enjoyed my stay. I wish that I could’ve stayed the entire month. All of the recommendations were great. It was close to the beach, ferry, grocery stores, and restaurants. He communicated with me to let me know that he is available to assist me in anyway. I have no complaints whatsoever.

House was very beautiful. It was very spacious for our family and had a great big kitchen for us to cook and eat in. The house was very clean and had the amenities listed. It also had a gorgeous view of Friars Bay and sunset. I would definitely come back.

We have always stayed at all inclusive resorts. We wanted to try something different but were hesitant about an Airbnb. Patrick's Villa was the first we viewed and nothing that we looked at online left the impression of La voyageur. Between the amazing reviews and beautiful decor, it just felt right. From our arrival, to departure and all the things in between, Patrick was an amazing host. From restaurant reservations to the best beach clubs, we were able to spend each second of our trip experiencing the best St. Martin had to offer. Patrick truly made our experience exceptional not to mention the unique atmosphere this flat provides. Beautiful views in a gated community with the best French cuisine within walking distance, we were truly in our perfect paradise. We purchased a few groceries and cooked a few times but ultimately felt at home. It was so very hard to leave. Thank you Patrick for offering a very special experience that we hope to revisit soon.

This is a fantastic property and is exactly as shown. That said, some aerial photos may show a beach just outside the property, but that beach was washed away in the hurricane a few years back. We did not miss having a beach, because the patio and pool area are fantastic- plus, Mullett Bay Beach is 5 minutes away. Cupecoy Beach, and Dany's Beach Bar, are a two minute walk from your front door. It is a very secure location, and we always felt very safe and comfortable. The security staff are very attentive and always on site. The location is perfectly situated on the island. 15 minutes to Simpson Bay. 10ish minutes to Maho Beach. 7-8 minutes to Nettle Bay. There is a well stocked grocery store just across the street along with several decent restaurants. I would suggest purchasing plastic or stainless drinkware if you want to have drinks next to the pool. The home only stocks glassware- and plenty of it. We took advantage of the provisioning service through Les Halles, and it was very nice to have our groceries all put away when we arrived. We also had our rental car delivered. Both saved a lot of time and allowed us to quickly get to fun and sun. Rayma, our housekeeper, takes exquisite care of the property. Plenty of clean towels, beautiful bedding, all immaculate. We made frequent use of the services of Axel, our concierge, whose recommendations were- without exception- spot on with our expectations. Axel has relationships established with numerous restaurants and venues throughout the island, and when he gets a table reserved for you, it will be the best. If he reserves beach chairs and a day for your, it will be the best location.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Alicia’s place! She was an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. It’s clear that Alicia truly cares about her guests, and her hospitality made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Leonard's place is a wonderful choice for a stay in St. Maarten. It is in the heart of Grand Case, ideally located on a stunning stretch of beach and close to all of the fantastic restaurants and shops. Max and Chelsea were excellent hosts. Welcoming and gracious, they gave superb recommendations and made sure to check that our stay was going well. We experienced one hiccup with rhe living room AC, but they were very responsive and had an electrician go have it repaired. The apartment itself is clean, airy, and well appointed. With a stellar view of the sea and mountains, it's an ideal place to experience the vibe that is Grand Case - whether it's listening to the sea or the lively sounds of the activities from the beach outside. It is very quiet after 10PM, so rest is guaranteed. All in all, it was the perfect choice for an unforgettable trip.

Loved everything about our stay! It was beautiful and clean and in a great location to the beach and restaurants. Gilles and Daphnee were great hosts. If we ever travel back to st marten I would book through them again.

Ludmila & Tim’s place is the most beautiful Airbnb that I’ve ever been to. We felt right at home and beyond comfortable in this spacious apartment. The place was spotless, and every single appliance was clean. We loved and appreciated the washer and dryer the most, along with the air conditioning. This place is everything and more, and we will definitely recommend and return on our next trip. It was beyond a great stay with spectacular views, and it well exceeded our expectations. This airbnb is in a prime location and you also have your own special parking area. Ludmila is also by far, the most reliable Airbnb host I've ever dealt with who went more than above and beyond. She responds very fast and was very understanding. Our flight came in earlier, and she was able to accommodate us for a few hours before our apartment was ready, we really appreciated it.
