Veronique was so very friendly and her response time was expeditious. She gave recommendations and answered all our questions. Veronique respected our privacy and was very accommodating due to the fact our plane landed earlier than check-in time. Check in and check out were seamless. Veronique and My Sweet Home exceeded our expectations. Cannot wait to go back.

We absolutely loved Tamara's place as well as the area. We are in love with the beach which is a super close walk and extremely convenient. Tamara was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back.

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Antoine’s place. It is in a great location with the beach, restaurants, and shopping all nearby. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the mornings to enjoy breakfast with the iguanas, turtles, birds, and cats!

The accommodation was identical to the photos and the view of the lagoon was simply beautiful. The bed is ultra comfortable, we slept very well. The fact that the kitchen is outside brings character, even if cooking in the heat is less pleasant. 😅 Tranquility was waiting for us. There is also a diving center in the building next door which allowed us to walk there in 3 minutes. For us, as divers, it was wonderful. The 2 pools are also perfect and not very busy. I would stay here again without hesitation. 😉

Stop looking and book this house!! This is hands down the best AirBnB experience we have had! Angie was amazing, she met us at the house on check in and check out. She was very responsive to any questions we had about the local beaches, restaurants etc. The house was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We were traveling with our two teenage daughters so everyone having their own bathroom was great. We spent a ton of time lounging in the pool and hanging out at the beach which is a quick 5 minute walk down the street. We will absolutely stay here again!

The view from the room is immaculate. You are steps away from the water, sand, beach, and the pool is a 1 minute walk away. We felt very safe in the condo with electronic storm shutters over the windows - we closed every night before bed, gated entrance to property, and an attendant at the gate. Bed is wonderful - nice and firm. Good storage for clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked. Huge fridge. Spacious shower. We rented our car through Elisa (host’s) recommendation a driver escorted us from airport to car rental lot - a two minute drive from the gated beach club. Elisa is a wonderful host very responsive to messages, respectful of privacy.

We have always stayed at all inclusive resorts. We wanted to try something different but were hesitant about an Airbnb. Patrick's Villa was the first we viewed and nothing that we looked at online left the impression of La voyageur. Between the amazing reviews and beautiful decor, it just felt right. From our arrival, to departure and all the things in between, Patrick was an amazing host. From restaurant reservations to the best beach clubs, we were able to spend each second of our trip experiencing the best St. Martin had to offer. Patrick truly made our experience exceptional not to mention the unique atmosphere this flat provides. Beautiful views in a gated community with the best French cuisine within walking distance, we were truly in our perfect paradise. We purchased a few groceries and cooked a few times but ultimately felt at home. It was so very hard to leave. Thank you Patrick for offering a very special experience that we hope to revisit soon.

Bora bora is a very well appointed and elegant rental. We loved all the nice glassware for enjoying a drink on the patio. We also appreciated the beach chairs. Rachael was very nice and helpful. We love the Baie Nettle part of the island, you can walk to market and a great italian restaurant, and also quick drive to Marigot. We would rent again.

Omg guys I’m not gonna lie I been to a lot Airbnb this one was different I feel like I was home the owner was nice everything was organized the pool was so clean the beach I can’t wait to come back if u guys wanna go visit Sint Maarten I will recommend u guys to go there u not gonna regret.

Very nice stay at Vincent's! The loft is wonderfully decorated with its seaside touch, the sound of the waves, the view of the water, it's really like being on a boat. We rented a car and 5 minutes from the loft, there is the beautiful Baie Rouge beach. Otherwise, a little further, Mullet is also a very beautiful beach and you can rent chairs and parasols for the day. Sandy Ground is very well located, near the airport, Maho Beach, seeing the planes so close, is really impressive!! We highly recommend Vincent's accommodation, everything is there for a memorable stay.

From the breathtaking view to your own private pool, this is one of the best Airbnb you could ever stayed in. The location is amazing as it is nestled within a very quiet neighborhood on the Dutch side. Perfect for our family with three young children with plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful island

Beautiful view of the sea from the apartment. Loved the pool and the snorkelling right in front. Nice bakery and small store across the road. Host was very nice and accommodating. Would stay here again if we are back in St Martin.

Absolutely loved my stay at Jade! Priscilia was a wonderful hostess and the photos match the space exactly. Anse Marcel is a great place to stay if you are looking for a beautiful location tucked away from the busy parts of SXM. Love!

Yulia’s flat in Simpson Bay is a perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate. The patio overlooks peaceful Simpson Bay, lined with sailboats and activities happening on the ocean. The beach was very private, not crowded with tourists. The flat is well equipped, I can really appreciate all the hangers in the closet as well as having a cordless vacuum to tidy up. The location is my favorite in Sint Maarten, walkable to many restaurants. Yulia checked in with me a few times, I appreciate the hospitality and consideration. I will absolutely book here again!

Communication throughout the process was top-notch. The place was stunning. It was centrally located to a lot of great restaurants especially those in Grand case. The place was beautiful being across from Pinel was great, and there was not a lot of seaweed as there was that other parts of the island in different beaches, which was amazing. The place was perfect for our family. Parking was easy getting to it was easy and it was a great place to relax and enjoy vacation!

Amy was very accommodating and was quick to respond. The home is close to Maho Beach, the airport, and one of the ferry docks to Anguilla. We appreciated the extra snacks and toiletries. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.
