Where do I even begin? My fiancé and I still find ourselves dreaming about this place weeks later. Our stay in Incline Village was nothing short of perfect—from the breathtaking views to the peaceful, soul-resetting atmosphere of the home itself. The property was spotless, beautifully appointed, and fully stocked with everything we needed (including coffee—always a bonus!). Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. We truly felt at home the moment we arrived. Our host was incredible—warm, responsive, and always just a text away for anything we needed. He even went out of his way to recommend the best local restaurants, which made our stay even more memorable. This wasn’t just a getaway—it was the kind of stay that makes you want to come back again and again. And we absolutely will. We can’t wait to return and stay at another one of his properties… or the same one!

Our stay at Kim’s place was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we booked, Kim was an exceptional host—warm, responsive, and always helpful. Communication was seamless, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home was exactly as described, with incredible views of the lake that made every moment feel peaceful and restorative. As a family of four with two teenage boys, we found the space perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quality time together. Whether it was sitting out and soaking in the scenery or exploring the quiet surroundings, it was the ideal escape from our daily routine. Kim clearly puts a lot of care into maintaining her property, and it shows in all the thoughtful details. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience. We’d highly recommend Kim’s place to anyone looking for a scenic and stress-free getaway.

We had a great time at Shannon’s place! Kitchen was stocked with what we needed and dish washer made a clean up a breeze. Was able to do laundry before we came back home. We got to have a horse sleigh 10 min away from house and go on snowmobile rides with the whole family. We had 2 kiddos (5 & 2) with us and had no problem with the staircase inside. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for the 6 of us! Parking was easy for 2 cars too right outside of our door. Thank you so much for the easy instructions with pictures you sent. We loved our stay and will be back here.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Caroline’s home. It had so many great amenities from cooking utensils to everything you could possibly need for traveling with a toddler or infant even. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and comfy! The location was great about 12 minutes to multiple beaches and Kings beach area Host was very communicative and friendly! We’d love to stay here again.

A picturesque retreat in the forest! I kept thinking throughout our stay, this is exactly what an AirBnB should be. Carter & Shelby, unbelievably responsive and communicative hosts, have thought of everything a weary traveler could need, and want, from chargers galore, to a superb shower, to games which kept the whole family entertained. Little touches - Netflix is signed in; power strips by the bed; labels on the organic spice drawer in the kitchen - make enjoying the space utterly seamless. And you really feel like you’re in the middle of the Tahoe forest, because you are.
