Walking distance from the accommodation to restaurants, shops, cinema, historical routes, walking trails. In winter, Christmas markets in Strasbourg, Colmar... Halloween and Christmas at Europa Park specially decorated for these occasions. The first ski slope is 45 minutes away, at Champ du Feu.

5 km from the Obernai site, ideally located on the wine route between Strasbourg and Colmar and close to the main tourist sites of central Alsace, we offer a modern 38 m2 studio adjoining the owners' main house with its independent entrance and private parking space. A small outdoor garden equipped with two deckchairs, a table and two armchairs, completes the accommodation. The accommodation is located 300 m from a U hypermarket with electric charging stations.

The apartment is on the first floor of the owner's house, (former farmhouse) with independent entrance. The apartment is centrally located in a village of 900 inhabitants. 5 km from the German border, which can be reached thanks to the ferry located 2 villages further away (free). The largest amusement park in Europe is only 20 minutes from the apartment. (Europa park) The village is located halfway between Colmar and Strasbourg and 20 km from the Wine route.

This beautiful 55 m2 apartment, completely renovated in a cocooning spirit, is ideally located in the city center of Molsheim, at the beginning of the Wine Route. If you want to reconnect with nature, you can access several vineyard and forest paths or simply take walks on the bike paths. At the entrance to the city you will find a large complex of games, shops and restaurants (bowling-cinema-mini golf...) Molsheim is the balance between nature and culture.

Looking to stay in Obernai, close to all tourist attractions including Europa Park. I invite you to come and experience my apartment, which can accommodate two to four guests in the heart of Obernai. You will be ideally located on the 1st floor in a typical building of character in a quiet area. I'll share some of my favorite restaurants, tours, etc. with you... This charming studio renovated in 2022 is located in Gertwiller Village, a few meters from Ginger Bread Museums (Fortwenger and LIPS) Museums, as well as vineyards. The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Alsatian house, with low ceilings, formerly housing an old forge. It is fully equipped and welcomes you in a warm atmosphere. There is free street parking (no studio parking space in the residence)
