There are 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 bathrooms villa located in the middle of nature within a 5 minutes walk to Las Ballenas Beach. The villa is fully equipped with all you need. It features a living room with open full kitchen. The outdoor patio offers plenty of seating and a table for outdoor dining. Our villa is located on a private hill in a small complex with a shared large swimming pool with two other separate villas.

This Villa is in a peaceful residence that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Short walk to the beach (200m), town (300m) where you find shops, restaurants & supermarkets. The villa is newly built, with modern kitchen and bathrooms, with tropical gardens and a private pool. Fiber high-speed internet connection. Small house on a hillside, beautiful sea view, 8 minutes walk from the center of the village and all amenities. The house is composed of a kitchen lounge, 1 bedroom + a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. Attention, you will have to, to get to the house go up by a staircase of about a hundred steps. Because of this, the house may not be suitable for everyone. But the sea view is so beautiful from the terrace!!!
