Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Vittore

If you've ever dreamed of staying in a gorgeous villa, nestled high in the mountains, with incredible views of Lake Como then Villa Nina is the place for you. Claudio and Maria are incredibly kind and responsive to all inquiries - they made us feel right at home. The benefit of being further from the hustle and bustle of Varenna (approx 6-8 min drive) is that you can experience a truly local experience. I opened my window each morning to incredible views with sounds of the beautiful stream nearby. Some of the amenities (veranda, pool) are shared but this was not an issue for our family. We were able to enjoy everything on the property. The villa itself is well-appointed with everything you need for your stay. We traveled as a family of four (2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 older child) and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. We look forward to our next stay at Villa Nina!

The place was just perfect! Such a warm welcome, with lots of ideas for the place and the surroundings, a wonderfully equipped apartment in the perfect location. It was fantastic. Great apartment. Exactly as described. We were worried that it might be noisy, but it was really quiet at night, and we couldn't hear any street noise. Everything in the apartment worked well. The air conditioning was particularly good as it was 34 degrees when we stayed. The location is perfect for sightseeing. The metro is a 1-minute walk away, and there are some incredible restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this apartment and would happily return again.

Absolutely wonderful stay and amazing host. The apartment was exactly as described and the views and location were perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony, looking over the water and watching and hearing the people below. There are 2 wine bars just outside the door and also many restaurants. Alberto picked us up at the station and explained the apartment and area. Giorgio’s kindness was immeasurable. The trains had unexpectedly stopped running and he personally booked our transportation back to Milan and drove us to meet a new express bus. We could have never done this without him, as this was unpublished at the time. What a wonderful man! Varenna is a beautiful small village and there are many outstanding restaurants and things to do. Our highlight was taking a cooking class with Chef Marco, Chef’s Table, and later dining at his new restaurant, La Scarpetta. We recommend visiting the villas in town, taking the Taxi Boat to Villa Balbianello and hiking to the waterfall in Fiumelatte.

This is my second time staying in Tenero in the Grottino and only experienced it positively. I felt comfortable and welcome in this cozy apartment and the beautiful garden. Esther is a warm host – thank you so much for letting me stay in the Grottino again.

Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

The house has a fantastic location between the vineyards of Brissago. The architecture, the interior and the rooms are very beautiful and we liked them very much - we love puristic design. Many details in the house and around it make the house very special. When you sit on the terrace in the evening, grill, the crickets chirp and you look at the lake with a glass of wine - then this atmosphere is something unique - which you cannot buy. Eva - the house fairy - is super friendly and helpful and gave us many tips. Mille Grazie for the lovely stay at Casa Largo. We will be happy to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is 100% clean, the air conditioning was also pleasant. We were even allowed to use the entire garden overlooking the lake.

Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains from the property. Inside looks just like the pictures. Location is great too. Very easy to get into the towns of Ticino or to cross the border into Italy. Highly recommend for your stay in Ticino!

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Michele’s condo was perfect! We walked there easily from the Milan Central Station, enjoyed coffee on his balcony, appreciated the use of the washer and dryer, and strolled the streets. Communication and check in were prompt and clear. We especially loved the elevator! Thank you Michele!

By far the best airbnb during my trip to Italy. This place has all the accommodations you would need and more. I wish I could take this airbnb with me for the rest of my trip.

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had a place with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to enjoy the environment. The room was very good, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a crib… even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of small touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruit, yogurt, beer… And for those who like their peace and quiet, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, that would really be the cherry on top. But otherwise, everything was great, a real slice of heaven

Cécile is a lovely house and the apartment is beautiful and comfortable. She met me at the train station and drove me to the place and showed me around and answered all my questions. She left some snacks in the apartment as well. She responds quickly to questions and is very friendly. The apartment is beautiful with a nice balcony with a spectacular view. I highly recommend staying here if you come to Lugano.

Perfect location to the lake, downtown and restaurants. Great apartment, high-quality furnishings, nothing was missing (original Nespresso capsules, raclette and fondue set, Miele kitchen equipment and washer-dryer, etc.). Parking space for the car right by the house. Fantastic balcony for dining and relaxing. WiFi and Netflix included. We'll be back for sure.
