Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

We had an amazing weekend. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The pool is delicious, always warm and perfect for relaxing. We traveled with two dogs and the house was ideal for them too: safe, with space and pet friendly. The host's attention was excellent, always attentive and friendly. Definitely a place we want to go back to. Highly recommended

Michele’s house was absolutely stunning! The home was beautifully furnished and had all the comforts of home. Beautiful views from every room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. The beds were comfortable. It was also great to have a golf cart to use to get to the town. Michele was very helpful and accommodating. Michele also got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. We were a family of 6 and it was the perfect place to stay. I’d definitely come back!!!

Hugo's place was great! Clean, functional, furnished kitchen. We were looking for a good deal on a spot up away from the noisy nightlife, and we got it. Anyone staying here should know that it can be a hike to get back and forth from the beach or zona romantica – technically you can get an uber to your door step, but it's tricky for drivers. It's a short walk to the beach, but steep! We liked walking everywhere, but that could be hassle for some people. Hugo was incredibly communicative and helpful – he helped us get an extra desk when two of us worked from home the same day, and even got us an extra fan. We stayed during the very hot and wet season, but managed to keep the house reasonably cool 👌 Thanks for everything Hugo!

It is a very nice and rustic house, its design is very cozy and the area is quite quiet. It has ample space to relax and everything you need to spend the day at the house or on the beach. We loved staying there!

Great tropical cabin, clean, right on the beach!

Our stay at Jerome’s Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Alfredo, the property manager, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was always available to help. The property was spotless, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the Sonos sound system and multiple A/C units, and the peaceful location offered stunning views of the city and bay. We were treated to fireworks almost every night and even saw an air show! The location was great for walking down the hill to dinner, and we felt safe in the area. While we did walk up a few times, it was much easier to take an Uber ride back up. Overall, Jerome’s Airbnb was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Vallarta — comfortable, convenient, and with amazing views. Highly recommend!

The place is awesome! You have the feeling of being away from everything and yet in a few minutes you are in Sayulita or Punta de Mita. Great place to unwind, relax, be comfortable and enjoy the surroundings! The house has everything you need to enjoy.

The space was beautiful! Having the golf cart with rental was very convenient and helpful. Host was easy to get a hold of and provided great recommendations for in town food options and activities.

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

The Casita is adorable and is just as pictures with a great view. It was hard to leave the patio. The location is great and an easy walk to the beach and town. This was our first visit to Sayulita , which is a lovely town, however the beach below the casita is very busy, lined with rows and rows of chairs and umbrellas for rent and each bar playing their own loud music, so the evenings on the beautiful patio were not quiet and we could hear the thumping of the music until the wee hours of the morning. We prefer less crowds so we spent our days on the quieter beaches, which is just a short walk away. Bring shampoo as there is none provided and a lighter in case you have to use it to light the stove and enjoy this beautiful Casita. We did. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Chelsea’s place! The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub. The A/C worked great and kept us comfortable throughout our stay. We’d love to come back again! Just a heads up for future guests — there was soap provided, but no shampoo or conditioner, so make sure to bring your own

Pristine , private oasis in the lush neighborhood Los Bandas Close to the church and main square of town Travel is on a cobblestone, windy street so glad we were walking and had proper shoes ! An absolute gem of a " hut" An architectural gem, really on the grounds of what was an ecolodge...? It feels more like a hotel due to daily cleaning service ( we politely declined) There is a main house on site along with 2 other huts Safety provided with entry gate and separate keys for hut There is proper lighting but still gravel, and stony steps to navigate The pictures hardly do this place justice it is really that unique! It was a bit hard to find but communication with our host made it happen by talking with our taxi driver That is a feature I most value when traveling : easy to communicate with our host ! so 5 stars alone for that alone We will cherish the memories we made here and recommend this Airbnb without hesitation

Ricardo’s place is just a block off the town plaza, which was great for participating in the local festival of San Sebastián! It was also really easy to walk up to a different area of the town, where we discovered some cool places including a coffee roasters with parrots in the back!

What a magical spot! Beautiful home, perfectly renovated and furnished. The perfect combination of rustic and comfortable. Every piece of furniture, the hand made hardware on the windows, the outdoor benches… just really well designed and cared for. Less than 5 minutes walking to the main square but a complete feeling of privacy and remoteness. Perfect for kids to explore the woods and for parents to relax outdoors. Loved every piece of it!

The place is very nice, you can see the mountains and relax a lot. At dawn you can hear the birds singing because the place is so quiet and peaceful. The place is highly recommended.

Super nice, relaxing and above all with a wonderful view, Ixchel is a super good host, I highly recommend it, and don't miss the chance to eat some churros with chocolate, really highly recommended, I hope to return soon.☺️🫶🏼

This was a great place to stay in San Sebastian. Ixhel was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. She arranged for us to rent a 4 wheeler and to take her bus back to PV
