Pet-friendly vacation rentals in San Nicolas

Finding the place was a bit challenging at first, as the pinned location led us to a different area. We ended up in the wrong place, but thankfully, Ms. Ella promptly guided us to the correct location. She was very attentive and responsive to all our requests, which we truly appreciated. Once we arrived, we found the place to be really good—clean, comfortable, and welcoming 😊

We had a little adventure finding the place but it was accessible and near restaurants. It was a an easy self-check-in and out, and Lani and Jonathan were very easy to contact and communicate with. Internet is good and the house is clean. We had fun with the trip, enjoyed the Sand Dunes in Paoay, and visited the Wind Mills in Bangui. If we are to stay again in Laoag City, we will definitely book this place again. Thank you so much!

The place had the rural farm ambience despite being located near tourist areas. The veggie garden, the bahay kubo & d open multi-purpose hut, & d functional kitchen wr great! Larry & team wr very accommodating. We loved the place and wud definitely come back!

We had a wonderful week-long stay here and truly enjoyed our time. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. When we encountered an issue with the air conditioning settings, they went out of their way to come to the house in the middle of the night to assist us, which we deeply appreciated. The place was clean, cozy, and situated in a quiet neighborhood, allowing us to rest peacefully after a long day. Thank you so much for the excellent hospitality and we hope to return soon!

The unit was spotless, beautifully furnished, and in a great location. The hosts were incredibly considerate, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

CASA was the only place we found where we could find a place big enough for my family to have a vacation and also a central place in Ilocos for me to do some work. My agenda was to visit weavers in Paoay and also blend it with a family vacation so we can celebrate my eldest daughter's birthday. The place was beautiful and has good views of rice fields which was exactly what I was looking for. Being that it is in the middle of fields, the air was so fresh all of us slept so well the whole time we were there. It was a little challenging to share 1 bathroom among 8 people including 2 kids and they had to open up the upstairs bathroom which wasn't very friendly with 2 seniors that we were traveling with. Other than that, all last minute needs we had were met and the staff who was on site were so helpful. I highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Niranja. The Villa was beautiful and spotless with everything you need to cook and enjoy. Our family is from Brisbane, Australia and it was wonderful to find such a gem to stay close to Saud Beach and many other tourist attractions. From the house decor to the double bunk beds to the wonderful private pool, all of it was well thought out and considerate. Phil and his wife were wonderful hosts and welcomed us graciously. We look forward to staying here in the Future!

We had a great time at Kalubungan Farm View. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Would absolutely recommend to stay there! The hosts are very accommodating This place is a heaven for me and it made our long-weekend comfortable and memorable.

We stayed for 3d2n in Casa de Oasay, the place is clean and well kept, and huge! The owner is really responsive and accommodating to our requests which is a huge plus. Reviews below: - We went during the week of extreme high heat index, the A/C on the lounge area and the bedroom upstairs aren't enough, even with fans running, altho this isn't the owner's fault. It was just extremely hot outside. - Water pressure is an issue, not sure if it's a regular occurrence, the owner is very responsive and immediately actioned the issue. I think it has something to do with the local water pressure they get, not their fault. - They have heaps of grocery items available on the kitchen to buy which was very convenient when we arrived, we really didn't have food to eat. - Free drinkable water! - The place is huge, altho we didn't expect there'd be stairs, would be good to know especially we had elderly people with us. It wouldbe great to book this place again, but maybe not during the summer :)

The place was great! Very spacious home with, the rooms were big, living room and dining area had plenty of space to move around as well. Ms. Genevie was helpful and proactive. Had to add pets at the very last minute but she was accomodating. Just a little note though, the road to get in is a bit narrow so do not bring vehicles that are too big. We used an Avanza and it was just right to get in the gate, anything bigger might need some pro maneuvering. Other than that, the place was awesome!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the hospitality. The location is perfect as home base to drive around and visit other places. Minor limitation is the non-availability of warm water, the shower in the morning will help to wake up quickly 😁 The air condition in the sleeping room is perfect and also needed. Fully recommended, if you want to stay close to Laoag.

The place is exactly as described and looks just like the pictures. It truly felt like a home away from home - clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is a separate house from the host’s main home but still within the same property, offering both privacy and convenience. One of the best things about this place is that it’s pet-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable since we could bring our fury friend along. The pool was also amazing - clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy at night, but it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t disrupt our stay. Parking is available for one car right at the property, but the host kindly arranged a second parking spot within walking distance, which was very helpful. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the host was accommodating and thoughtful. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

We recently stayed at Laoag Spacious Guesthouse, and it was a wonderful experience! The rooms were clean and spacious, the host were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I loved the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Laoag

Great find! Close to supermarkets, palengke, and food places. The place was secure with CCTVs around the area. We arrived with a motorcycle and was surprised that there's a small space that fits for it 🥰 We enjoyed being able to cook and watch Netflix. Although the water pressure was a bit weak at times. Very comfortable and homey. Ate was very accommodating. Even though we arrived pretty late, she still greeted us with a warm smile that wiped our fatigue. Definitely a great find for the right price. (Also just 30mins away from Paoay Sand dunes and lake. 1.5-2hrs away from Pagudpud's Patapat Viaduct and windmill)

We had a wonderful stay at Kenneth's place! The unit was simple but clean and exactly what we needed during our trip. Kenneth and his staff were also all incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated that they went above and beyond by notifying us about some items we had left behind in the unit. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free experience!
