We offer a full service guest house, with a private entrance. With attention to every detail and decorated with a fun mid-century modern flair! It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the chance to meet/greet each one of our guests while they are staying in the guest house, however if that isn't possible we will have all accommodations ready! We also try and be as flexible as possible, please don't hesitate to ask about early check in, or late checkout if needed. We provide a house binder that contains pertinent information and our "favorites list" for the Central Coast area. Shannon and her husband Reggie live in the main home on the property. The guest house is nestled among many beautiful, mature oak trees in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located close to downtown Atascadero, with easy access to Highway 101 North/South, and Highway 41 to Morro Bay. Uber Pool on site, for homeowners use, (however ask us in advance about our policy and the possibility of using the pool and or hot tub)

Our home is a two bedroom/1.5 bath with full bath attached to Master bedroom. The home sleeps four people comfortably in Morro Bay. You are walking distance from downtown and blocks from the waterfront.This home has a large beautiful yard with a private room in the back. It’s a wonderful place to have morning coffee and listen to the birds and the occasional sound of the foghorn in the distance. We have a self-serve egg stand in the front yard we maintain daily offering the community fresh eggs.

Our property is the perfect get away from the bustle of life and into nature without being too far away from everything the central coast has to offer. Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.

Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.
