Incredible spot. Lots of space for Alameda, new amenities and very clean. All we could ask for and more!

The place was very nice. We have kids & grandkids in the Bay Area and like to visit as often as possible. The place was clean and comfortable but most of all very welcoming. And Ramil reached out to make sure our needs were met. If the need arises we would definitely stay there again

Over the past few years I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but Renzo’s place truly stands out. It’s a perfect, top-tier experience from start to finish. The stylish interiors, modern appliances, and thoughtful design reflect a beautifully renovated space. What really impressed me, though, was Renzo’s hospitality: the little touches and personalized care made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s clear that this Airbnb is crafted for each guest, not just a standard stay. If you’re looking for a curated Airbnb experience (not just a place to sleep), this is absolutely the one to book.

Chase’s place was exactly as described. I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches, like labels for WiFi, extra toiletries and even a few office supplies. I was very happy & surprised to find two luggage racks. Chase even accommodated an extremely late check-in, due to my train being delayed four hours. There’s no question that I would stay here again. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Francisco and his team were absolutely amazing! The place was beautifully decorated, incredibly stylish, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need. It was spacious, comfortable, and in a perfect central location—close to everything! The team was super responsive and accommodating, making the stay seamless and enjoyable. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic Airbnb experience!

Our stay at Jess’s place was fantastic! The place was very spacious and well designed with great taste! The whole unit is impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Jess was very accommodating and provided great local tips!

Heather was amazing, prompt, friendly, informative and respectful. I would highly recommend this quaint little TWO bedroom residence, parking was always available in front, quiet neighborhood, easy access to freeways N shops and for the value, it's my FIRST time utilizing an Airbnb so I thought the price was good/average. I would highly recommend this location and Heather, you will not be disappointed.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this charming home. It was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed to feel comfortable and cared for. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen was perfect for someone like me who loves to cook, and the spotless rooms made it easy to relax and unwind. There are plenty of entertainment options for a quiet night in, and the peaceful backyard—with comfy seating where I enjoyed my morning coffee—became my favorite spot to soak up the beautiful weather. It also has a basketball hoop that I got to enjoy. Being so close to the airport made travel convenient and stress-free. Samuel the host is kind, responsive, and always available, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I appreciate the attention to details. The space has such a warm, welcoming vibe—it truly felt like a home away from home. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you so much for the warm welcome.🌻☺️

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Eileen and Simon were fantastic hosts. They were always responsive and gave great recommendations for eateries. We also forgot to pack face wash, and he was very responsive and accommodating in letting us use a bottle of his. 10/10 would recommend

Really wonderful experience all around. Our hosts were so kind, proactive, and gracious; and the apartment was perfectly clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We had absolutely zero issues with noise or privacy, and were always able to find street parking relatively nearby. We also really appreciated the host's recommendations about restaurants and local things to do. We were traveling with our 8 month old, and the hosts were able to provide us with a travel crib and high chair. Would absolutely stay again!

Ehson's place was a little haven during our stay in San Francisco, located in a wonderful neighborhood. As with any old building, you might hear the upstairs neighbors sometimes, but it's all absolutely worth it for the view and the cozy atmosphere. The sunset from the rooftop terrace is addictive. It’s a great spot: you can walk everywhere, and the cable car is right there. There’s also a great little grocery store on the corner, and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
