Vacation rentals with beach access in San Leone

The property is very spacious,large kitchen and dining room, 2 rooms,huge terrace and there is a barbecue, 2 minutes walk to the sea, the beach is not crowded, there are not a lot of people,although we were in August. Nearby there are a lot of restaurants and bars. To the rocks - the Turks are a 10-minute walk. Incredibly beautiful place,I advise everyone to visit .Vittorio is a very good and responsive host. Thank you so much Ugo,answered all the questions and oriented around the area. Deloted thanks to Giulia,a lovely and kind person,very helpful. The rest was amazing .

I enjoyed my stay here immensely. The accommodation was sparkling clean and remarkably spacious, which immediately created a relaxed feeling. The view from the terrace was truly breathtaking, especially during sunset – every evening was a painting. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The cottage is in a perfect, quiet location where you can really relax. And the beach? Just a minute's walk! Ideal for morning walks or a spontaneous swim. In short: clean, spacious, beautiful view, nice host and a top location. Will definitely be back!

The accommodation was very nice, clean, neat and high standard. A plus with a really good espresso machine! Karim who received us was very nice and helpful. Felt genuinely welcomed. What could have been a little better is the central AC system. It didn't cool as well as in other places and made quite a lot of noise, especially in the master bedroom. Besides that, we were very happy with the accommodation.

This was truly 1 of the most beautiful apartments we have ever stayed in through Airbnb. The apartment looked very new and everything felt very luxurious. Ernesto was super friendly and welcomed us warmly. He even kept a parking spot free for us. Incidentally, parking in the streets around the apartment is easy and free. If you want to stay near Agrigento, you have to be in this apartment! Please note that if you want to use both bedrooms (and bathrooms), you must book for 3 people (even if you are only 2). We had missed this for a while, even though it was mentioned in the advertisement. Fortunately, we were able to arrange and adjust this on the spot with Ernesto's help.

We had an amazing stay, the property is right on the beach and just outside the property you could see the sea. We sat outside in the evenings and enjoyed the view and the peace. Maria's son's met us on arrival and helped us park the car, parking is a bit tight but typical of small Sicilian towns. We spent a day at the beach and also explored the local area. Would 100% recommend and we will be coming back. Be aware that there are no local shops within walking distance so I would recommend stopping at a shop on the way to get supplies. The BNB comes with coffee and other basic neccesities which was a nice touch.

The accommodation is very good. however, in April the city was not very lively. it is close to the Valley of Temples.

Cozy house consistent with the context. Everything works perfectly and complete beyond our expectations. As specified by Monica, the house is isolated, we suggest staying with another couple. Highly recommended for those who love tranquility even in August.

Great view of the beach, very comfortable living space.

We stayed here for 4 nights , 4 adult's and a child , for a friend's wedding. Soon as we arrived, we felt at home, we were greeted by Paolo who showed us around and Marcello was always available to answer any enquiries. The location and house wow , views and steps down to the beach , moonlight views from the bedrooms and sunsets we didn't want to leave , and will return. Grazie mille

The beach was beautiful…crystal clear water and a shallow shoreline. We really felt like we were in paradise. The house is located up on the hill (clay) very quiet and peaceful. There is one bar at the beach for drinks/coffee/chips/ice cream….happy hour in the late pm. The house was cozy, a little smaller than what we expected. It’s like living on a sailboat that was tastefully decorated. The owners were very friendly and kind, they live in the attached house. One important note that is not clear in the description is that kitchen and loft bedroom are up on the first floor. The doors that you see on the ground floor next to the outdoor patio is the kitchen of the owners. Keep in mind that there are stairs up to the kitchen/seating area/bathroom and additional stairs up to the loft bedroom. The a/c and fan helped keep the loft cool. If you dine outdoors you have to go up/down the exterior stairs. The kitchen had all the essentials also a table and foldable chairs. The beach 😍

Cozy and clean apartment with a beautiful outdoor space. In a quiet area away from the chaos of August and walking distance to the sea. Great starting point for visiting Agrigento, the Valley Special thanks to Livia's mother for her availability, kindness and.... for breakfast.

We stayed at Eda and Giuseppe's house for a week and although we've been back a few hours ago it's already nostalgic. The house has ample well managed spaces for 6 people. Kitchen equipped with everything. Large bathroom and a small laundry/bathroom. The rooms are well managed with closets although I would change the beds. Large living room with fireplace, TV, sofa and armchairs. A wonderful and well-kept garden is the setting. The terrace in front is the true paradise overlooking the sea! Very comfortable beach a few steps from the house (not equipped). Here you can breathe nature and salsedine. The owners are available and welcoming, just call them for any need. Thank you to Eda and Giuseppe for your hospitality. 😘

We arrived by chance in this earthly paradise, a pearl set between the Valley of the Temples and the Scala dei Turchi, very close locations that we could easily reach. Even a part of the marl, the same that makes up the Scala, can already be seen from the window. The panorama is overwhelming, even for us Sicilians, who are used to the sight of the sea. The beach right in front is huge, there are some lidos but there are immense free spaces. The seabed is sandy and shallow for several meters. Ideal for families with children or for people like me who don't like rocks and stones. In the nearby square, there are shops, pharmacies, a church, a bank, and a post office, plus bars and restaurants. Returning to the accommodation, I can say that I have rarely found, at this price, accommodations so well cared for, equipped, clean, spacious, bright, I rarely find beds so comfortable and fragrant linen, here I found maximum attention to the needs of guests and all comforts. A special place!

A beautiful apartment, extremely clean, with many details in the decoration, which made us feel at home. The apartment is very well located, in the heart of a small and charming fishing village, from which you could get to the main attractions of the area in a very short time (5-15 min): Agrigento city, the Valley of the 7 Temples, the Sacalla from Turchi...) Massimiliano, a super attentive host, welcomed us personally and gave us lots of tips and recommendations. Without a doubt, if we ever return to Sicily, we would return to Massimiliano's apartment 😀

Ideal location away from the crowds to see Agrigento and other towns in the region. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. There is a charming view over the sea and marina. The parking space is invaluable. The village has cafes but the supermarket is 5km away.

Simply amazing! We wanted a peaceful location that allowed us to escape & Rossano's fit the bill perfectly. We were close to numerous beaches and enjoyed sitting on the deck taking in the views. If you want a location where you can enjoy your surroundings and get a feel for typical Sicilian life-this is it. I would highly recommend & we will be back!

Amazing apartment, great location, stunning sea view from the living room and from the terrace, amazing hearing the sea sound and looking at the moon and stars from the sofa ! The apt has a direct access to a beautiful sand beach with clean water from the building entrance. I was with a large car and I’ve never struggled to find a free parking around the apt. You’re 5 mins drive / 10 mins walk on the beach from Scala Dei Turchi, few mins from another amazing beach Lido Rossello and few steps from Torre Salsa beach. In 15 mins you’ll be in downtown Agrigento, or at the Valle dei Templi. Great and quiet location. Grocery stores are 5 mins drive away, but if you need some fresh fruit there’s a little van full of it that pass by every morning 10 am. Michele and Federica have been great host, always available and kind. If you travel with kids, they offer you whatever is needed (even bucket and spades to play with the sand). If you go there, and I strongly recommend it, please use the terrace and grill with the BBQ some fresh seafood, drink some good wine, bring some friend, and observe togheter the beauty of the sea, the sky, the stars, and the moon that are right in front of you. Amazing !

Our main criteria for this stay were a quiet place with easy parking, not in a city, and close to Agrigento and Selinunte. Giuseppe's place fit these criteria perfectly. It was spotlessly clean and easy to find with Waze. Giuseppe met us at the gate and gave us a tour. The place seems to have been recently refurbished and was comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for an evening meal. He is very responsive and lives three minutes away so he is reactive in case of problems. We needed him to regulate the electricity and he arrived quickly. We appreciated the welcome cookies and lemons. We would recommend Giuseppe's place for visiting this part of Sicily.

This is a great location with plenty of places to eat nearby at night.
