The place and the location were great! Miguel is very responsive and always ready to help. We loved our stay!

Fabiola was attentive and quick to answer any questions. The duplex was very complete, kitchen equipped with everything, rooms with lots of natural light and terraces... the location in the center to walk around Toledo and offers you the comfort of having a parking space.

Great apartment in a breathtakingly beautiful area. Right next door is a grocery store and Pilar and Dani were always available for our needs. Huge shower in the basement, large kitchen and nicely furnished. A gem!

Very nice stay and host. There were many complimentary things such as breakfast, ice, herbal teas, etc. I would definitely come back. One drawback is that it's on the ground floor, and the slightest crumb of food that fell to the ground attracted an ant, but nothing to worry about.

We enjoyed the neighborhood…residential area (so we felt part of the neighborhood) and in easy walking distance to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, fun shops, coffee bars, many museums, the Royal Conservatory of Music (free student performances!).

Super friendly and helpful host! Great communication and guidance. The location was not in the center of the city, which is perfect for us to stay away from the crowd. The studio is spacious, clean, and has everything we need. We will definitely come back if we visit Madrid again!

If you’re spending time in Madrid, Jose’s place is the dream spot. The location cannot be beat - in the heart of Malasaña with everything at your fingertips. But the building itself is very quiet, allowing for great sleeps and a comfortable escape from the bustling neighbourhood. The place was very clean and has everything you need. The air conditioning was a gift in the hot weather, too! I’m already wanting to come back to Madrid and stay in this place again. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you, Jose!

Rocio's apartment is ideal. Very close to downtown. I don't know, I heard noises and I had everything available. Communication with her was super easy. I would definitely go back. Thank you very much!!!

This is a beautiful house with amazing decor! It feels like a house from fairytale with so many lovely details. Definitely recommend for groups who look for to spend time together - plenty of entertaining options and enough space to get lost around the house, but also enough space to hang out together!

We had an amazing weekend at this house. Everything was very clean, well cared for and as shown in the pictures. The area is quiet, ideal for disconnecting, and the house had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was very attentive and was quick to respond to any inquiries. The contact with Mario was very easy and direct. He gave all kinds of tips and a good description of how to get in. If you come for a busy environment with lots of entertainment, then you are clearly not looking for such a place. However, if you are looking for a nice place to relax and want to explore the Spanish hinterland, it is ideal. Everything is as mentioned, it is spotless and even some extras are offered. I myself was here only one night, because I was in transit, but to relax and unwind it is ideal. Would therefore highly recommend it!

Esther's property is extremely welcoming and cute. It felt like arriving in our holiday home away from home. Extremely tidy, super equipped (kitchen with olive oil, herbal tea, salt, spices etc etc) and a nice environment to spend time in. We decided to travel to Candeleda to switch off from the business of the city life and this house was the perfect place to stay. There is not much in the surroundings but the pueblo is really cute and there are many trekking options around to do during the day.

The owner was super friendly at all times, she offered to help us with anything and we always appreciate it. The apartment is in a super nice area surrounded by countryside

Fantastic accommodation, very close to Puy Du Fou, the pool is great to cool off since it was very hot, even so the house is cool, it also has air conditioning, we didn't feel hot. Alejandro is available at all times, immediate response. It was a nice touch to leave things in the fridge and for breakfast. If we go, I'm sure we repeat

What a great place! We stayed for a month while learning Spanish and could not have been happier. Great location, in the heart of La Latina, easy to walk to all the major sights. Quiet and the air conditioner works really great. Rebecca and Victor have done everything to make a long stay really comfortable. The bedroom has really nice his-and-her wardrobes with ample space (and hangers) for holding all your clothes and even a jewelry tray! Then, there are the two bathrooms. One has a rain shower and the other has a regular shower so you can take your pick. The primary bathroom also has plenty of storage in drawers below the double sink so that you don't have to clutter the counter. And the water pressure is great. The kitchen is well-equipped and the fridge is big enough to store plenty of food. The stovetop works well. There is a washer that also dries your clothes (although it does take a while....) All in all, a fabulous stay!

An apartment with an unbeatable location in a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, quiet and has a very friendly doorman available to answer any questions. It is an interior apartment, which gives it a great tranquility and is very well lit, so you do not miss an outdoor view at all. I have to mention that the shower has perfect pressure, something that is not usually common in apartments and that is greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. I was very grateful that they allowed me to leave my things several hours before check-in time without any problems. I loved everything and would love to go back. I have no complaints, quite the opposite!

Very good accommodation located 15 minutes walk from the Wizink Center, so it's great if you're going to an event. 4 of us fit perfectly because the sofa bed is huge. The apartment is also very nice and I would definitely recommend it! Thank you very much to Paola and Ceci for everything.

Amazing place! The location is great and the city center is just around the corner. The flat is very comfy, has everything you need, it’s very clean and modern, and the host was very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay!
