Cabin vacation rentals in San Juan

This stay was perfect! I definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a rainforest getaway with your significant other.

Overall have to say one of the best Airbnbs I’ve been to. I personally hate the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas and resorts, so this place was PERFECT. Despite being far from the beaches (still a manageable distance to drive if the roads aren’t too daunting for you), there’s plenty of hikes and places to visit if you like the outdoors. Charco Prieto was a personal favorite, but be warned the hike is a bit technical with a lot of bouldering. Porfirio also provided some amazing recommendations for restaurants. If you need a good date night Calichi is where you need to go. I will definitely be coming back.

5/5 – Absolutely Amazing Stay! This villa was perfect!! Everything we could have asked for in a tropical getaway! The space was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host’s communication was excellent, making the entire process seamless. A couple of small notes: The humidity inside could be noticeable on some days, but that’s to be expected in paradise. Also, the villa is connected to another, so you can hear some noise from the other side. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but there were a few moments when our kids woke up due to other guests—though I’m sure they heard my toddler running around too! The villa offers a true el campo experience, which was exactly what we were looking for! Plenty of insects and animals around, but that’s just part of the charm. The neighbors were all friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Uber does come out here, but it takes a while, so renting a car is a must if you want to explore the island.

gorgeous cabin full of peace and quiet, only the sound of the birds and surrounded by nature. just a short walk to the waterfalls. highly recommended and will definitely be back soon.

Eunice's home was the perfect, relaxing basecamp for our time in Puerto Rico. 35 minutes to San Juan, 30 minutes to Piñones & Luquillo, 45 to El Yunque. The last 10 minutes of the drive are up a countryside, we recommend reserving at least a small SUV; our Hyundai Elantra was not a fan of some of the bumps/getting in the driveway. However, the space and amenities 100% make that drive worth it. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the small, indoor kitchen was just enough. Not to mention we had an intense pickleball tournament and game of horse on the courts on the property! Absolutely recommend!

What a gem! We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. We had to adjust travel plans and booked this last minute. The home was ready (early!) and Eunice was very helpful. The place is charming, relaxing and the has most beautiful views. Only about 25 min from San Juan with some tricky mountain roads at times, but absolutely worth the drive! Eunice was an excellent host with great communication. We loved our experience & hope to return soon.

Marcos was a great host! It was my first time in puerto rico and he was a great help recommended lots of great places, when I arrived after waiting on my rental car until 3am he stood awake and made sure I made it safe with a smooth check in! The unit was in great shape, spotless and extremely comfortable felt like home away from home. I will definitely book with Marcos again !

This place was beautiful! The pool was very clean. The house room to spread out.. especially with all the additional seating outside. I absolutely love that you can clearly hear the sounds of our beautiful and beloved coqui at night! Lastly, the house was tucked away, which made you feel like you were truly in the rainforest, but still close to Los Kioskos in Luquillo. We will definitely be returning soon!

The airbnb was amazing!! Everything about it. We loved how secluded it was. We loved having a private pool. The walk to the river was breath taking and he has ropes to hold on to as you walk down, because it can be slippery. Night time was peaceful. We loved listening to all the sounds of nature as we laid out back on the hammock. The views were breath taking. Everything was very private. There was a mango tree and banana tree on the property and my daughter was loving the fresh mangos. 🤣It was perfect for our little family. Ed being a super host is an understatement. He was amazing. We had an issue with the fridge and he was out right away and fixed it fast. He was always responding super fast when we had any questions about anything. He always checked in on everything making sure we didnt need anything and everything was going well. We couldnt have asked for a better home and a better host.

Luis and Jaime were top notch hosts. They gave the best recommendations I’ve ever received during a stay, were super responsive, and very personable. They even personally stopped by to introduce themselves and give more recommendations. They basically planned our trip for us with their multiple itineraries. You can tell they truly love the area and know it well. It made for a personal and relaxing visit. The unit it itself was just like the pictures, very clean, and stocked with everything you could need. We loved the deck space and adored the gas range to make our own breakfasts. The beds were also very comfortable and the personalized AC was a must during our mid June stay. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend to all our friends and family.

This place was everything we were looking for. a cozy getaway in the nature. You're surrounded by the beautiful greenery of Puerto Rico and the sounds at night are like music to your ears if you enjoy hearing nature. inside was very nice and modern style. Gated community which is nice. Fabiola was an amazing host. Accommodating, responsive, clear, super nice and welcoming. If you're looking for a getaway tucked in the mountains this is the place to be. Will definitely be checking out their other locations and be staying at their place in the future.
