Vacation rentals with a patio in San Juan De Los Terreros

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

This is a really lovely Airbnb in a great Spanish fishing town. Both the apartment and Garrucha have loads of charm. The owners were great and communication was really easy. They had everything we needed for our baby too. The facilities in the complex are great too!

It made our stay in Águilas easy with a pet and a baby almost 3 months old. It had everything you needed. Quiet location to rest and a few minutes' drive to Águilas, with everything necessary for a family and not having to eat out all day, in addition to having a community pool that allows you to enjoy a swim comfortably.

Great Apartment, for short of long stay. Maria is very active and reply super quick! I recommend 1000% to stay at her flat!

Cristina’s apartment was perfect! Great location for the beach and the apartment pool was very nice also. The apartment is well equipped and clean and has everything you need. Cristina and her family are super nice people and it was a pleasure to meet them. We will be glad to return next year for a longer stay!

Great place and quiet neighborhood. Apartment in a gated, intimate estate with a great swimming pool for adults and children. The apartment had everything you need for a successful stay. Great location as a starting point whether it is to visit Almeria, Murcia, Cartagena or the Tabernas desert. Gabriel and Ana will take care of everything during your stay. You will receive valuable tips on what to see in the area and where to eat or watch the sunset. They put a lot of enthusiasm into what they do and you can see that it is not only their job but much more. It was important for us that the apartment provided amenities for our baby and everything we needed was provided on site. The pool is literally a few meters from the terrace. Very close to the beach and the sea, which is another advantage. Excellent value. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Staying with Gabriel and Ana deserves the highest possible rating. ❤️🏖️🏊🌞😍

Antonio's cortijo is just perfect! Very large, quiet and with a great view. Well located close to the highway and 15 minutes from a small town with all services. The accommodation offers much more than what is explained in the description: indoor bbq, amenities for paella, plancha, ... basically, it's perfect for cooking for groups of friends/family. There are also board games, a bluetooth speaker, ... The rooms are very well insulated from noise. It was such a pleasure to come and celebrate the new year at this old farmhouse.

Lovely house fitted with everything you could need. Lovely complex that felt private and secure. Very close to the beach. Short drive to Mojocar with lots of bars and restaurants. Had concerns about the location of the beach club and noise but it was actually quite nice having ambient music playing during the day. A little noisier at the weekend but fine. Internet connection really good. Looking forward to returning to Vera and would stay at the house again

We had a pleasant stay. Silvana welcomed us very warmly and accompanied us. The place is very pretty, quiet and good location. We strongly recommend!

We couldn't have chosen a better place to start our vacation than Villa Mar. Diego was proactive in communicating with us. Villa Mar was just as described and in the peaceful location of Bolnuevo. Getting to fall asleep to the waves of the Mediterranean was an added bonus. If we are in this part of Spain again, we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was simply wonderful. From the first moment, Carmen was always available and attentive by phone, and she greeted us promptly with a very friendly and close attitude. He explained everything about the house clearly and warmly, which made us feel at home from the beginning. The place is fantastic, cared for even the smallest detail, with impeccable cleanliness. Absolutely nothing is missing: it is fully equipped with everything you may need. In addition, the location is ideal, in a very quiet environment and only 3 minutes from the town. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. That terrace is a slice of paradise 🤩 Olga was fantastic and communicated so fast and helpful. I absolutely recommend a stay here. The area is stunning too. Loved our stay at Rodrigo's apartment. It was cosy and suited our needs with a nice little kitchen equipped with essential utensils, large fridge freezer, full oven and 4 ring electric hob and a washing machine. Our host was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The complex is a great stay for naturists, and is optional at and around the property but mandatory at the pool. Extremely well landscaped gardens as well as a great outdoor and heated indoor swimming pool. No poolside bar but the surroundings made it a wonderfully relaxing retreat with plenty of sun loungers. The location was convenient, just a short walk from a long sandy beach (parts of which cater for naturism), large supermarket, pharmacy, and several quiet bars and restaurants (great Indian a 5 min walk). No direct bus transfers or train from Almeria airport but we found Executive Airport Shuttles. Overall our stay was fantastic, highly recommend!

Lovely stay here for 5 days. The place was spotless and a comfy bed, private garden with loungers and outside seating and right next to the communal pool. Loads to do nearby especially if you rent a car. Would definitely stay again.

Carmen is a lovely host, she was always attentive to us. On the day of check-in we were quite late, however he was there for us until 2 am to open the garage door. A very pleasant experience! Excellent!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. Stayed for 9 nights at this beautiful apartment. We've stayed in the immediate area six times previously because we have friends here and love Puerto de Mazarron and the local areas and this is by far the best spartment we've stayed in here. The place was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh on arrival. The sun terrace is an added bonus and the pool area is lovely with a nice beach about 200 metres away. Car park space below the apartment block is also a bonus although we tended to park our car up on the road a bit which was safe and quiet. Overall, we would come back.and stay again here as a firet choice. Maria and Amaury were great hosts and very quick to respond when we had some questions on day one. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful holiday.

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!
