Vacation rentals with lake access in San Juan County

We had a great stay at Barbara's house. Every possible amenity is available. The house is comfortable for all travelers regardless of age. A/C worked great. Enjoyed sitting at the picnic table during the evening. Barbara was a very good, proactive communicator. Gave us helpful hints on what to see and do while there. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The place was great, easy to get into and convenient to canyonlands and arches.

Beautiful home! The location isn't the most convenient, but we were looking for more solitude than the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab. The drive is 11-15 minutes into Moab and it's an easy drive.

Excellent location, only a few minutes out of town. Easy access in and out to the main routes to get to the surrounding national parks. Home is comfortable, clean and set up for entertaining and winding down at the end of the day after daily activities.

We recently stayed at this home for a couple nights during a friend getaway. We loved the outdoor dining space and hot tub! The home was so clean and very comfortable. Our host was responsive and friendly. A little outside of Moab Main Street but the drive is not far and the stars and views at night made it worth the quick trip. Would definitely return in the future.

Andria's house is absolutely beautiful, with 4 bedrooms and two beautiful living rooms, comfortable beds. Everything is spotless, very clean. The kitchen provides you everything what you need: pots , plates, cutlery, coffee, sugar, salt. The bathrooms are big with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of towels. After a long hike the hot tub was priceless . Definitely I recommend Andria's house to everybody

The place is perfectly placed for what we needed! It was very clean and worked perfectly! It is an older place so if you are picky on your high end amenities then you might not find it to your liking! The host is excellent and extremely easy and great to work with! Would recommend staying there to anyone.

This was an awesome place to stop with five kids and a doggo. The space is huge, giving everyone a bit of a break from each other, the front yard is fenced in so no worries about the dog being let out, the kitchen is well appointed, and the master bed was super comfy. It is a little further from Arches than a hotel in town, but not inconvenient at all imo especially considering the size, and because of the low level of light pollution, the stars are phenomenal. I would absolutely stay here again.
