La verdad que el dpto hermosisimo. La zona súper tranquila y Susana la dueña muy amable y atenta a todo. Siempre que volvamos será ahí sin dudas

Lindo departamento a 3 cuadras del shopping Mariscal. La ubicación es excelente, zona tranquila, cerca de todo. Muy accesible respecto del horario de ingreso y salida lo cual se valora mucho siempre. Silvia muy amable y predispuesta. El departamento está en piso 2 y se accede por escaleras. Es amplio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Tiene estacionamiento en edificio. Super recomendable.

El departamento es super lindo, el edificio tiene unas instalaciones hermosas con espacios públicos para disfrutar. La zona es cerca de toda la movida comercial y de entretenimiento. Muy limpio y ordenado todo. 10/10.

Nice neighborhood close to one of the main roads but not too noisy. A great option in Asunción.

O apartamento fica bem no centro de Assunção, então dá pra ir a pé em todos os pontos turísticos históricos. Também passam muitos ônibus bem perto. O apartamento tem tudo que é necessário pra estadia, e é bastante confortável, além de amplo. Recomendo pra quem deseja visitar Assunção.

Ernesto is a great host and always willing to help. The place is huge! We also enjoyed its well-stocked kitchen and smoker.

Andi foi uma excelente anfitriã. Comunicação clara e objetiva, sempre disponível! Além disso, a casa corresponde exatamente como nas fotos… Terreno enorme, dois banheiros super limpos, cozinha com utensílios, os quartos estavam extremamente cheirosos, com roupas de cama e banho limpinhos, e, a Andi deixou inclusive uns bolinhos para nosso check in! Amamos e com certeza se um dia tivermos oportunidade nós voltaremos 💖🙏🏽

The house is really well located, with great cocktail bars and restaurants within walking distance. The house is really spacious and comfortable, and equipped for long term stays.

Nos encantó el alojamiento de Vivi , todo muy limpio .. el duplex es súper amplio , contaba con todas las cosas necesarias .. sin duda alguna volveríamos a hospedarnos .. lo recomiendo !

A casa é ampla, bem equipada e corresponde às fotografias da plataforma e contava com tudo o que o grupo precisava (eletrodomésticos, utensílios de cozinha, máquina de lavar roupa, ar-condicionado). José mostrou-se muito educado, gentil, atendeu nossos pedidos prontamente. Recomendo a estadia nessa localidade.

El dpto de Tatiana es muy completo, cómodo y su decoración es hermosa. El complejo en el que se encuentra es silencioso y seguro. Cuenta con estacionamiento. Muy cerca del aeropuerto y de Asunción. Fácil de llegar. Sin duda volvería a alojarme y lo recomiendo.

cristina esta super responsable y hace de todo para que su alojamiento este siempre perfecto y comodo. y si necesitamos algo esta respondiendo en seguida. el lugar es super agradable.

My wife and I had a splendid time here. There is easy access to the historic center, where we spent much of our time, but there are also lots of good restaurants nearby, a few important touristy locations, it’s just uphill from the costanera and the seat of the Paraguayan government (where you can surprisingly get free tours), there’s a good view of especially the palace from our balcony, and we didn’t feel like we lacked any important conveniences. We had a fully stocked kitchen with just a couple quirks, there were three big supermarkets around us that we could choose from, we enjoyed all of the nearby restaurants and cafes, many of which were also available on PedidosYa, and the area was pleasant enough to walk around and explore. Many major events were hosted just down the road from us as well, which we took full advantage of. Nelly, the building manager, was a delight — she was always available for help or guidance. This is an ideal spot to explore Asuncion for the first time.

Maria was very responsive and kind. The night I was arriving it was pouring rain. Many streets were flooded. Maria was corresponding with me constantly until I got a ride and arrived at her place. It was not possible to get dinner anymore at that point, and all the restaurants were closed due to the rain. She kindly brought me some food so that I didn't have to go to bed hungry. The next morning she again kindly offered me coffee. I had to go to the nearby Tigo office to get a SIM card, and the wait there was much longer than expected. She patiently waited for me to return so that I could take my things out for her to clean the room for the next guest. Thank you Maria (Minerva) for being a gracious hostess. I will stay with you again when I come to Asuncion.

Fer es una persona súper amable, responde rápido y soluciona todo lo que le pidas! Nos sentimos muy cómodos en el condominio! Es SÚPER seguro y hay un montón para hacer. Lamentamos no aprovechar más nuestra estadía.
