great condo in a great neighborhood. there's a brewery next door and many good restaurants. we loved having the king sized bed. the condo is in excellent condition and everything works. the balcony is great and the place is well stocked up with cooking supplies and coffee machine. the hosts responded immediately and we're very kind. I highly recommend this condo and the hosts

The apartment is amazing. Each space is designed to generate value for guests. It has much more than one can expect in a stay like this. From the moment you enter, you can notice the attention to detail, the neatness and the affection they put into the space to make it a perfect stay. The apartment and building's facilities make it a stay that exceeds expectations and the location is also incredible because it has everything you need nearby, the neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and it is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. Viviana is a very attentive host, always ready to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop your day to day with ease.

Fer is a super friendly person, responds quickly and solves everything you ask for! We felt very comfortable in the condominium! It's SUPER safe and there's a lot to do. We regret not taking more advantage of our stay.

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Our stay at Hugo's place was excellent. The place is spacious and comfortable, we were 4 people and we passed it luxury. In addition, the man in charge of Lugar ( María) is extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the place is ideal, close to the most important shoppings in Asunción and in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely be staying at Hugo's place again

Guillermo’s Airbnb is in central Asunción, minutes away from Calle Palma, Mercado 4, Palacio De López! With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he helped find a solution in order for my question to be answered not only correctly, but honestly. Thank you so much Guillermo!

Tatiana's apartment is very complete, comfortable and its decoration is beautiful. The complex in which it is located is quiet and safe. It has parking. Very close to the airport and Asunción. Easy to get to. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

The best accommodation I've ever found on AirBNB. As a Brazilian, the first time I was outside the country, I thought I would have difficulty with the place and communication. Txema was an amazing host. Although he did not speak Portuguese fluently, he was very efficient in communication, as well as very kind and thorough in all the information. Always attentive and helpful, he helped us a lot with all kinds of directions Your apartment is impeccable, very nicely decorated and pleasant! There's nothing to talk about! It's perfect! Excellent space. The apartment was just as seen in the photos. Very clean and tidy. The building is modern and the reception people were always friendly. Finally, the area where the accommodation is located is very nice and quiet, 10 minutes from two shopping centers. Everything was great!
