Vacation rentals with a pool in San Jaime Mediterráneo

For a group of 6 this was perfect! Great location with stunning views, and easy access to the beach. The steps are not for the weak! Fab host, always very proactive and accommodating, couldn’t recommend enough! A tad noisy at times due to some minor renovation next door, but no complaints at all! Perfect overall

Such a beautiful and well-equipped house. The large rooms, spacious terraces and fabulous garden spaces made it a wonderful, luxurious and restful stay. Our hosts were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. A perfect holiday.

My family and I had a fantastic vacation at Mirca and Stefano's house. A house located in a wonderful and very well prepared enclave, respecting our privacy and at the same time offering all its kindness. It has served as a base for us to enjoy the island and the family. A place that invites you to stay. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything.

We stayed at the villa for 8 nights in June. Dan was highly responsive and provided clear instructions. The Villa is as shown in the photos - well presented with a nice pool/outside dining area and well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommended this villa.

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. We had a great time at Maria's, very welcoming and available. The accommodation perfectly met our expectations: quiet, central to the island, a little isolated, but everything is quickly accessible by car, which makes it Perfect spot. Note that the entrances are a little narrow, a small or medium car is preferable, but there are two parking spaces. The space is large, faithful to the photos, and very clean. The pool is a real plus: warm, quiet, with impeccable deckchairs. It can be hot, especially upstairs, but fans are present on the ceiling in the bedrooms. And bonus: a cute little cat passing through that we hope to see pampered by the next tenants. Great value in Menorca, ideal for relaxing, visiting and enjoying the view.

Perfect accommodation for getting around Ciutadella on foot! Tastefully decorated! Top townhouse, ! Just perfect in terms of layout! The patio and the pool are very nice! I recommend it!

I cannot recommend this villa enough, the photographs do not do it justice- it felt much more spacious than in the pictures. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 baby and this had everything we could have needed and more! Odile was very responsive to my questions and even accommodated a slightly earlier check-in (we had a very early flight and a 6 month old baby), despite having been rented out beforehand. The rooms were large, airy and spotlessly clean. The decor was very tasteful. The outside space was fantastic with a larger pool than we have had before in villas. We spent most of our time outside when we were there and it was great to have options. We especially loved that we could walk to a lovely beach and shops and restaurants. We wanted a relaxing family holiday and that is exactly what we got. Having never been to Menorca before, we already plan to return and wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again (in fact, I think I would be disappointed to go anywhere else now!).

We stayed in the appartments for two weeks with our two kids (1 and 3 years old) at the beginning of June. The appartment itself privides everything as promised and we felt home immeriately. The door to the terrace can be locked, so the kids can't reach the pool, which is only a few meters away. The staff at the pool bar was very friendly. There are 3 pools with different depths (for babies, kids, adults). The sea is only a short walk away. Since the village is located up a hill you have to pass a long staircase, but it is also possible to reach the beach by a street (walking or by car). There are two supermarkets and some car rentals just across the street. Jose was very helpful and responded quickly, if we had any questiond. We can really recommend this appartment, especially before or after the main season.

Great place, perfect for our visit. Nice and clean with everything we needed. Only issue was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work but we weren’t too worried about that.

Jorge is precise, flexible and efficient for all the necessary directions. Clean, tidy apartment in Menorcan style. The location of the apartment is excellent both for enjoying the beach below on foot and as a starting point by car to explore the island. Highly recommended!

We have just returned from a really wonderful stay at Mariona and Joseph's place. The flat is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved eating on the balcony with a gorgeous sea view. You can't beat the location of the flat, just downstairs there is a supermarket and great cafe, and you are minutes from the pool and beach. The surrounding area is beautiful too, we enjoyed walks along the coastpath to Binigaus and Atalis beach and our children enjoyed the Loc de Menorca zoo. Mariona was a very kind and helpful host, she answered our questions very quickly. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home, we hope to be able to come back one day. Thank you also for the gifts of wine and biscuits on arrival, very much appreciated.

Son Bou beach is beautiful...and minutes away!

We had a great time. In addition to the beauty of the island and all the activities we were able to do there, Maria's accommodation is ideally located, with a magnificent view of the sea and the lighthouse, and very very quiet. The residence was not very busy in June, with a magnificent swimming pool. The accommodation has all the amenities, spacious, very clean, with balcony and awning. We had the cleaning in the middle of our stay with a change of linens in its entirety. Everything was really perfect and our exchanges were great.

We had a great time. The house was spotless and well equipped, spacious and peaceful; the person at the reception was very nice. The location allows an ideal base from which you can discover the island. The pool was large and clean and the whole family delighted. It was really too short!
