Our cosy apartment with a balcony facing south is located right in the heart of El Medano. Only 50m to the villages main square (Plaza) and 100m to the beach and beach promenade. In the vicinity you will find a variety of nice cafés and good restaurants, shops and watersport possibilities. The South Airport is only a 10minutes drive away. Our apartment is ideal for couples, adventure and business travelers, for small families with a baby or a little child and of course for elder people.

Bright and cozy apartment between Playa Chica and Cabezo beach, 3 min walk from the beaches and 5 min walk from the center of El Medano. Nice balcony with side views to two beaches and front view to the peak of mount Teide. One bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room. Cradle available. New and equipped kitchen. Near the apartement there are restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, medical center, dentist... Very quiet building and without noise, ideal for rest.

The beach has the European blue flag and is ideal for windsurfing, kidesurfing, padlesurfing. To the east you can find Jaquita Beach, equipped with shower and playground, 100 meters from Cabezo Beach where every year the windsurfing world championship is held. On Tejita beach there is a cosy cove for nudists. There are different trails that can be climbed to the Red Mountain from where you can see Tenerife Sur airport, 5 minutes from the Médano.

Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. My beautiful and family apartment is equipped to enjoy a great vacation. From the terrace you can see spectacular sunrises over the sea, eat at delicious restaurants nearby or have a drink, water sports or just lie on the sand. You will be welcomed as a guest if you understand the concept of Airbnb, it is not a Hotel but my house, with its virtues and flaws, but prepared with all the love to make your stay pleasant.
