Beachfront vacation rentals in San-Gavino-di-Carbini

It was a privilege to stay in one of the historical buildings which are perched on the spectacular cliffs that make Bonifacio special. And Beatrice was the perfect host, responding at all times with great advice and assistance. She gave me both an early check-in and a late check-out and even dropped me off in time to catch my bus to Ajaccio. Memories are made eating fresh baguette, cheese and the most delicious fig confiture (bought at the local store) for breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the stupendous view and the seagulls gliding past. Sublime stay!

A wonderful spot. Beautiful setting and a lovely villa with a spectacular view. The walk into town is fine (15 mins downhill) and lots of restaurants there to visit. La Voile Rouge is a great place on the beach. The villa is really well equipped, especially for babies (steriliser, baby cutlery, cot, high chair, blender, etc). Jessica is a fantastic host - always responsive and really helpful which makes such a difference. She helped us have a fantastic holiday and we’d definitely return.

Very nice place. The accommodation is typical with its stones. The amenities are perfect. It may be missing a few dishes which would allow you to use the dishwasher less often. But the site is beautiful!

Florent and Melanie's apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated and comfortable. They have attached importance to all the details that can make our stay enjoyable, provided the necessary equipment for different activities. For example, you can find what it takes to have a picnic or enjoy an afternoon at the beach. And as a bonus, they are extremely kind and responsive.

An absolute dream! The accommodation is tastefully furnished and with a lot of love for detail in the Mediterranean style – we felt comfortable from the first moment. We were particularly enthusiastic about the two terraces, which offer perfect retreats at any time of the day. The furnishings really leave nothing to be desired – nothing is missing! The outdoor area is simply awesome: beautifully maintained with great flowers, grasses and loving details. A real highlight was the heated pool, which made the stay even more special. Thank you for the warm welcome – we'd love to come back!

Corsica and stay are recommended; super nice views, on the island you can walk fantastically and an hour later you are on the beach. We have been there for two weeks and not a moment bored. Isabella is very friendly and helpful. You do need to speak French. The house is very nicely furnished, was sparkling clean and is well equipped; various pans, cutlery, oven, microwave, etc. Beds are firm but good. A few points of attention: - space outside and inside is slightly smaller than expected. For us, the two of us, this was no problem at all. - the air change makes noise, we are not used to it. - you have to drive 10 minutes for shops (Spar is fine). Too stylish and far to walk - the driveway to the house is very steep and you have to make a sharp turn. This is easy to do for experienced riders. Another tip, Plage de Santa Giulia, a 15-minute drive, is really nice. In short, we are very positive and can highly recommend it.

The house is located in a very nice place. There was a good layer of posidonia leaves on the beach (at least ~50cm), but actually, it doesn't bother swimming and it's not unpleasant, neither on the feet nor the nose. 30 m to the right of the beach, there is much less deposit, and it is a beautiful sandy beach with driftwood. It is an old house, single glazing and vintage bathroom from the 70s, but it is very well equipped and very pleasant to stay in. We would totally recommend!

Perfectly located accommodation: quiet, close to Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio. Cozy home perfect for couple. Very well equipped. Marie and Philippe are very friendly and welcoming. They gave us a lot of information about activities, hikes and restaurants nearby. A place I highly recommend!

great place, highly recommended

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

We really enjoyed the house, which is very bright with a very well-equipped kitchen. It is a very nice house, with a beautiful sunset on the mountains that can be seen from the pool terrace. A small technical pool ladder issue following a previous rental earned us a small refund on the price paid for the unsolicited rental. Very good owners. I highly recommend this house to explore the Suf part of Corsica. For the children of the Plat Pays, of which I am one, the Corsican mountains are high, it is in our interest to hang on to the hairpin roads. I recommend the road along the coast, despite a possible traffic jam...

A house with a breathtaking view. Whether the weather is nice or not, the house is ideal with the feeling of being outside even when we are inside. The terraces and infinity pool offer views and perfect relaxation at any time of day. The proximity to the beach allows each family member to be at their own pace. Emmanuel is a charming and interesting host. It's the perfect place for a great vacation! We would highly recommend it!

We enjoyed staying at Marie Do's place very much. She was always keen to make sure we didn't miss anything. The apartment is small but nice and in fine weather you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings or the large balcony. The pool is super nice and you can swim in it wonderfully, or cool off. Beautiful restaurants nearby and also access to the long sandy beach - on the other side of the harbor - is easily accessible on foot. Beach in front of the complex not so suitable for swimming, as it is rocky and has sea urchins. Many great hikes (arrival by car) nearby and also lively cities to visit. Let me tell you, this is a rare find. It is better than the photos show, although the photos are striking! Not only the views are immaculate, but there is this perfect serenity, only the birds singing and insects chirping. And all the scents of the hundreds of plants. The place is super clean and private, you can be naked there and no one will see you. The kitchen and the house has everything you might need. The kitchen is equipped very well. I especially loved Illy coffee machine (Conrad provided the capsules for our convenience). The shared pool we always used alone and actually never saw any other guests at all. The wonderful Polumbaggia beach is very close, but it is safer to drive there. Conrad was always very responsive and gave us lots of information. We were staying with kids and found eating out quite expensive everywhere. But Conrad recommended L'Ondella, which we really loved and the prices were good. In any case we will surely return, this is a perfect holiday spot.

Amazing sea facing gem with everything you may need for a fantastic holiday. Loved how easy it was to communicate with Edith. The beach is very close by and the area is perfect to explore south Corsica. I loved that every room had its own private toilet and the two levels can give privacy for two families.

We had a great time, there is everything you need inside the accommodation! Outside, we enjoyed the plancha and the pool! A nice quiet corner close to Cala Rossa :) Elodie provides a lot of information and advice, that's great!

We liked the apartment with beautiful sea views very much. For us, it was very convenient, as we came by ferry without a car. For motorists, there is also parking on the premises. The neighborhood around the marina with restaurants, bakeries and supermarket is a few minutes' walk away, to the old town on the mountain it is a little further (15-20 minutes), but there are also free e-buses through the city. Annick is very helpful and took good care of us, thank you.

Wonderful from start to finish. Phillipe welcomed me with a glass of Corsican rose and very patiently gave me info about the area in English as my French is non-existent. The place is super sweet. Loved cooking and eating outside. It manages to have everything while keeping it very simple. Sunrise from here in the morning is perfection. Beautiful beach and short walk away and longer walks on your doorstep. Absolutely recommend!

We had a great week at Émeline's. The house is perfect for a couple, but with the possibility of sleeping children. The house is very well furnished, clean, comfortable, close to the beach on foot, a beautiful terrace with a lovely view, nothing was missing for a successful week's vacation! We'll be happy to go back!

What a lovely find. Glorious views over the Gulf of Valinco from the private terrace and the accomodation was spotless. Myriam is lovely, so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
