The house is at the border of Castro on the litorale, surrounded by olive trees. It is very private and spacious. The view is amazing. The sea and restaurants are within walking distance. The house has everything and is extremely spacious, we really liked it. Ornella and her husband are very kind and very helpful, they even picked us up from the supermarket. We would definetly recommend it!

Sehr schöne, bestens ausgestattete Unterkunft im Herzen von Otranto - absolut empfehlenswert! Wir haben uns als kleine Familie mit unserer vierjährigen Tochter rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber Nando hat uns persönlich begrüßt, wir konnten die Wohnung sogar schon vor der regulären Check-in-Zeit beziehen. Im Kühlschrank standen Getränke bereit und die Unterkunft war makellos sauber sowie vollständig ausgestattet - es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die großzügige Dachterrasse, auf der man entspannte Nachmittage und laue Abende mit Blick über die Dächer genießen kann. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber gleichzeitig nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand, Restaurants und der Altstadt entfernt. Kurzum: eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub in Otranto. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We really enjoyed our stay at Massimo’s place! It was charming and the spiral staircase and caved bedroom were so unique! The ceilings above the staircase were very low, so our 6’3” guest stayed on the main level to avoid bumping their head. We also had some trouble making sure the air conditioning worked, but Massimo was incredibly responsive and helpful. I’d gladly stay in Massimo’s home again - and spend more time on the roof deck!

En cuanto al departamento, posee una excelente ubicacion, es muy comodo, limpio y tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar una excelente estadia en lecce, quedandote aqui todo te quedaea cerca! lo recomiendo ampliamente!

Ce logement se distingue par son emplacement idéal à la fois au cœur du centre historique de Lecce et dans une impasse paisible. De plus correspond parfaitement aux descriptions et Andrea, son hôte, est très aimable et réactif. Mention spéciale à Massimo pour son chaleureux accueil.

Nous avons été séduit par la maison meublée avec goût, avec de beaux objets de décoration. La terrasse est magnifique avec vue sur la mer. Accès facile à une jolie plage où la baignade a été des plus agréable. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à Carpignano Salentino. La maison est bien située et permet de rayonner dans tout le sud des Pouilles. Elle est à l’écart du village, très au calme, mais à proximité en voiture de toutes les commodités. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Allessandro qui nous a donné de bons conseils. Il a été, à tout moment, très réactif pour nous répondre. La maison est organisée autour d’un espace piscine vaste et agréable. Nous avons pris tous nos repas à l’extérieur sans jamais souffrir de la chaleur car un peu de vent souffle en permanence. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bénéficient chacune d’une salle de douche privative. Elles sont toutes de plain-pied donnant sur l’espace piscine. La maison est très bien équipée, à l’extérieur le barbecue et le four à pizza ont été très appréciés avec une soirée « pizza maison » mémorable. Enfin la piscine a été très appréciée de tous, petits et grands !

Excellent apartment in a wonderful location! Ivan’s apartment is a true little piece of paradise, located right by a stunning beach. The area is fantastic – there’s a promenade, cozy cafés, and pastry shops, all at very reasonable prices! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s modern and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The highlight is definitely the spacious terrace with sun loungers – perfect for sunbathing and enjoying beautiful sunsets. One important note: there’s no elevator in the building, and the apartment is on a high floor, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs (this might be helpful for some guests to know). A big thank you to Ivan for the lovely welcome treats – a bottle of wine and some traditional cookies! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to relax!

Lovely apartment that was more spacious than anticipated, very clean and well appointed. The roof terrace is what makes the place. It is huge and has an uninterrupted view west over the sea, so expect some fantastic sunsets with your pre-dinner drinks. There is a shaded area with dining table, so you can eat up there. Federico was super helpful and super responsive to messages. Hard to imagine a better host. The only note of caution is the noise from the bars below. The music can be loud and can run very late. We were aware from other reviews that there would be some noise, so were not too bothered by this (and are considering rebooking). Finally, one small thing. If you like croissants, get them from the bar below. Better than the ones the bakeries sell (unless you like your croissants sticky/sugary) and cheaper. The coffee is good too and the staff are lovely.

Belle maison, très agréable, dans un quartier immédiat assez joli et agréable. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison… c’était très bien.

Abbiamo avuto l'appartamento per 3 settimane. Molto ben arredato, moderno, cucina piccola ma funzionale e ben equipaggiata. Molto vantaggioso avere il garage proprio a disposizione. Stefania e Lorenzo molto disponibili e sempre pronti a rispondere alle nostre domande e richieste. Ottima anche la posizione. Soddisfatti! p.s.: unica pecca forse il balcone un pò piccolo in relazione alla grandezza dell'appartamento, ma Stefania ce l'aveva comunicato!

I would give this place and host 6 stars if I could! It’s a HUGE apartment that’s part of a palazzo built in the 1400s. Luigia is the most charming, warm, friendly and helpful host ever! She makes you feel at home and does so many thoughtful things like stocking the fridge with food and beverage items, walking you through the place with the right level of detail and even made my restaurant reservations for me like a concierge. The location is 2 mini blocks off the main square yet tranquil as can be. And the bed is the most comfortable of my 5 weeks in Italy thus far! I love Lecce, this place and this host! Can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful time at Barbara’s house. It’s beautifully restored and tastefully decorated. We loved watching the swifts on the terrace in the evening. All the sights were in walkable distance and Barbara was extremely helpful and accommodating. The house was spotless. Thank you Barbara Ruth and Neil

Die Wohnung, die über mehrere Etagen und Treppen verbunden ist hat ein unglaublich cooles Vintage Design. Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist, dass es auf jeder Ebene eine Musikbox gab mit der wir uns verbinden konnten. Mit Musik, dem leckeren Prosecco, den Mikaela bereitgestellt hat und der atemberaubenden Dachterasse kannst du den Ausblick auf Nardo so richtig genießen.

We received a warm welcome from Luigi. Clear explanation of everything. Lots of recommendations for places to visit, to eat and beaches. Road parking no problem. There is a lift (helpful for our 84 year old friend). Spacious accommodation. Two balconies! Small but adequate kitchen. Both bathrooms are perfect. Air conditioning works well and is quiet. We walked into the historic centre many times to eat and look at the churches etc. Perfect location. We used the car to visit Gallipoli, Leuca, Galatina to name a few. We experienced very little noise from traffic or the neighbours. We slept well.

I think I didn’t look at all the pics on the listing so when I went in I was pleasantly surprised by all of what was available. Wonderful spaces. Beautifully decorated and a view to kill for! They had a wonderful welcome gift and Alessia was super communicative. The keys took a bit of getting used to but once I did it was perfect. Also the color of the door looks darker in the pic than in real life so I passed it at first. I would stay here again and again!

Amazing spacious roof top apartment…you will never tire of the view. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very central to all the historical centre of Lecce has to offer but peaceful/quiet. Fausto is a great host. Fabulous 5 night stay💚🤍❤️

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastisch verblijf. Hartelijk ontvangen met uitgebreide tips wat er in de omgeving is te doen. Appartement was zeer netjes en goed voorzien van spullen om zelf een maaltijd te maken. Zwembad erg schoon en een heel mooi uitzicht over het gebied. Ontbijt was erg goed; enorme variatie aan hartige en zoete etenswaren. Verblijf sterk aanbevolen.
