The apartment is located in San Paolo, one of the most characteristic and naturalistic areas of Ragusa Ibla, characterized by small steps that rise up the hill, some waterfalls and a big rock of white stone overlooking the foreshortening. Residenze San Paolo is really easy to reach, it is located at the entrance of Ibla, close to the comunal Parking and the center is easily accessible on feet. House description: On the ground floor there is the entrance and the first double bedroom with bathroom and shower ensuite. On the first floor is located the second room, which can act both as a living room or 2 ° bedroom thanks to a convertible sofa, with adjoining bathroom and shower. Finally, also on the first floor there are the dining room and the kitchen, in country style and equipped with stove, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. All rooms are air conditioned with inverters and two bedrooms are equipped with usb television.

The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. Out of all the places we stayed in Sicily, Angelo's apartment was our favourite. I chose this apartment because it looked beautiful in the photos. But it's even more beautiful in real life! It's stylish, smells good, is clean and well equipped. There is a beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment is situated in the heart of Modica, which is one of our favourite towns in Sicily. Here you will find excellent restaurants, fantastic Baroque architecture, culture and the perfect location from which to discover other places in the region. Free parking on site was invaluable. Despite the language differences, communicating with Angelo was easy and straightforward. I would be happy to stay here again.

An incredibly beautifully located apartment with wonderful views . Ornella is friendly and helpful and always responds quickly however many questions you have . Gave tips on what to see / do in Modica . The neighbor wife received us and came with food which was appreciated . Absolutely nothing to complain about .

We had a truly wonderful stay at Lilibeth Houses in Scicli — it was everything we hoped for and more. The house was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and had everything you could possibly need, from a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after exploring the area. The interiors are tastefully decorated, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — ideal after a warm Sicilian day. Scicli is full of charm, history, and beautiful baroque architecture. There are many fantastic restaurants nearby — we had some of the best meals of our trip here! A special thanks to our host, who was exceptionally kind and helpful, offering plenty of great local tips and always quick to respond. We left feeling recharged and full of appreciation for both the house and the area. We would happily return!

It was a little gem in beautiful Scicli! Away from the centre, in a secluded little street where cars were not allowed. Beautiful scenery in front of us, peaceful and only 10 minutes walking from everything. The house was clean and very sweetly decorated. Chiara was a great host, answered to every question very quickly and gave us some useful information.

Lovely villa, staff were easy to communicate with upon arrival, would recommend hiring a car as it’s far out from the harbour and shops - we didn’t know this originally and weren’t old enough to rent a car. Check out instructions were clear. Overall villa had everything you needed and more, would highly recommend staying.

We stayed three nights and it was amazing, the apartment was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the recommendations for eating in the city that Paolo suggested were excellent. Although there is no private parking, there are many possibilities to park near the Airbnb and by car you are 20 minutes away from several places to get to know the island better. Paolo is always super attentive and available if you need anything, we are very happy to have stayed there. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, clean and charming accommodation in a quiet area of Modica. Beautiful view of the city from the balcony. Quite a sporty walk to climb from the lower town, but for us who are in good physical shape it was an advantage and it helped the digestion of the cannoli 🙂
