Enjoy the peace and quiet of this centrally-located place. Pets are not allowed. With 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and fully equipped living room. Magnificent terrace with views. Community pool, jacuzzi and garden. Very close to the beach (Playa del Inglés) and Dunes of Maspalomas. Surrounded by several themed restaurants, supermarkets, taxi rank, pharmacy, clinic, and wide commercial offerings in Jumbo shopping center. Great public transport connection to visit the capital and its surroundings.

This place is perfect to enjoy relax in its terrace, swimm in the pool and enjoy the sun most of the day. The complex is situated in one of the best&quiet turistic location in the south of the island in Maspalomas. Playa de Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés with its beatifull beaches as well as unique sand dunes are 5 min. by car. The closest supermarket is across the street. Entertainment park "Holiday World" with food market is 5 minutes walking. There are a gym, tennis center, golf course nearby.

Tufia is sheltered from the wind, making it very safe for swimming. It's also one of the best snorkeling and diving spots on the island. Studio by the sea, located in the south of Gran Canaria. The complex is very quiet, has a swimming pool equipped throughout the year and 100 meters from the beach. The apartment is fully equipped to spend a magnificent vacation, the building has an elevator and a small supermarket to buy everything you might need.
