Vacation rentals with a patio in San Fernando City

A very spacious apartment, and secured most of all. Wonderful beach location, and abundant in fresh air. A peaceful place to unwind. Sir Neil and family are lovely people. Though we didn’t came much into contact with them, they are always ready for care and assistance when needed. The last bit of the road to the apartment compound is still raw and rough but other than that, it’s all still worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at Joel’s place! The beachfront location was perfect, and it was a great spot for our family getaway. The room was clean and comfortable, the AC was cool and refreshing, and kitchen amenities were available for us to use, which made our stay even more convenient. Our kids had so much fun throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Kuya Jonathan and his wife—they were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future!

The place was clean. Finding the place is also easy as the place has this big signage. Check in was also smooth. Owner is also responsive and easy to talk to. Very recommendable.

Got a little lost going there since it's a little hard to find. But the staff are very attentive and helpful all throughout our 6-nights stay. The place is huge and complete with kitchen utensils. You can buy groceries from the nearby mall (Robinsons) and cook inside the unit. The only thing missing is a tv..it's nice to relax sometimes watching a movie after a long day. The beachfront is really the reason I booked this property and it did not disappoint. It's far from the flock of tourists so you can enjoy some alone time here. The wifi is reliable and the two rooms, though with no a/c unit is still comfortable.

Chino was accomodating and quick to respond to our queries. There's also Ate Lorie, the housekeeperl. She is nice and helpful. She gave us directions and tips on how to go to places we wanted to visit (esp. if you will ride the jeep since it is cheaper). The place is peaceful, relaxing, and spacious. We like its vibe — cozy and nostalgic. It also runs in solar power which was useful when we experienced a whole day brownout. We're comfortable despite the heat outside. The beach is just a minute walk from the house and far from the busy crowd of Urbiztondo. It's also cleaner and calmer as there are only few resorts nearby. We got to enioy the beach for ourselves. As much as we wanted to stay longer at this house, we needed to go home. Definitely coming back to this place and recommending it to others who want to visit San Juan, La Union.

Gorgeous Airbnb with everything we needed! I didn’t plan to cook, but the kitchen was so well-equipped we ended up making meals. Rooms were clean and comfy, and everyone slept well. The dining area was spacious — we all fit using extra outdoor chairs, and some ate in the living room. The best part was the view! The infinity pool and ocean view were stunning — truly a million-dollar view. Our king suite had a partial view, but the kitchen and pool area were the best spots to enjoy it. We were surprised with fresh fruits and drinks on our first morning — such a thoughtful touch! The staff were amazing and proactive. I didn’t expect anyone there, but they quietly cleaned the shared bathrooms and kitchen. They even offered to make the beds; I had our room cleaned while we were at the beach. We also booked an in-room massage — so relaxing and professional. Only issue was the staircase — a few family members bumped their heads. Be careful there. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Loved Aki's place. The property has a lot of "spots". A front terrace-ish spot with chairs facing the beach connected to the main bedroom, a cozy veranda, and a bonfire area with chairs, not to mention the 2 bedrooms they have. Loved the cozy and comfy feeling it gave us. The beach is literally just in front of you, a laid-back ocean waves. The parking area is just 1 minute away. As a Pinoy, a generous set of cookware and utensils is definitely a plus! Comfy pillows, beds, and cold AC. I actually did not expect both rooms to have their own smart television... not a necessity, but they went extra for that. The caretaker, ate Rachel is also kind and nice! The entire place is so spacious! If we ever need to go back to Bauang again sometime soon, we will definitely book here again. What you see is what you get!

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

Choosing Casa Dreaming was one of the best decisions we made in planning our LU outing. It fit all of us cousins in one house and provided us easy access to a clean beach. Everything was superb from comfortable rooms with CR each to balconies with perfect views, to big common areas for chilling. Honestly, most corners of the house are very picturesque so even without a scheduled activity, anyone could just go around and take photos for fun. Having a nice place to stay is not the only reason why Casa Dreaming is so nice. The owners themselves (Jek and Steffi) are the very reason you should choose this Airbnb. They are very accommodating and patient to all our requests/questions. Other than the owners, the Airbnb staff (Bim) was also very kind to us. Great service was provided to us by Bim even outside Casa Dreaming and when we accidentally left items in the house, he made sure to give it back to us. Will definitely recommend this place especially for big groups! You’ll enjoy for sure!

It’s best for a family to stay. There’s a lot of bed. I think it’s better if you included towels. We can cook and even grill. There’s a sufficient bathroom and washroom. The area near the market so you save on food. Overall it’s great!

We had a fantastic stay at this A-Pine Homes Baguio 2! The location is superb, with restaurants, ATMs, and taxi bays just a stone's throw away. The amenities were top-notch: - The bathroom was well-equipped with a bidet, hot shower, and complimentary toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel). - The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials like plates, utensils, cooking tools, frying pan, refrigerator, microwave, and microwavable dishes. - The bed had crisp, clean linens and thick, warm sheets perfect for chilly nights. - The smart TV was a great addition for entertainment. The balcony offered breathtaking city views, and the WiFi was lightning-fast. But what truly made our stay stand out was our incredibly responsive host! They replied to our messages promptly, even late at night (9 pm!). Highly recommend!

Diobs was an excellent host! She was very accommodating and helpful from start to end. She was also proactive and hands-on in terms of the check-in—she gave heads up on what to do in case of any encountered issues. Overall, the place was complete, clean, and cozy! You get views from the unit, and also have access to a rooftop view. Would love to go back there again for a Baguio staycation :) Thank you!

Had a great stay at Jlea's unit in Outlook Residences. The place was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. TV and kitchenware were all in good condition. Host was very responsive to all our questions and requests. Highly recommended!

The place was nice. Kristine gave us all necessary info for us to access her place. My only issue is with the reception staff who wanted to keep my ID in their possession from check-in until the time I check out. It's true that Kristine told me to have a valid ID ready. But I thought it was only to make sure that the person checking-in as stated in the guest advisory is the same person who arrived at the place. It's extremely dangerous to leave one's ID with anyone, specially with the proliferation of scammers. This practice is also a violation of the Data Privacy Act. The reception staff said it's for "security purposes." Don't they have CCTVs in all public areas? I've already given a security deposit, and yet they still need to "hostage" my valid ID? What if other places I go to in Baguio also need to see my valid ID and my only valid ID is being held by the reception staff? Maybe this policy needs rethinking.

The place was perfect for our family. The kids liked it so much that we even extended one more night! We will surely go back given the opportunity in the future.

Great stay would definitely book again! • SM Baguio and the night market are within walking distance, if you're not too lazy. Otherwise, taxis are very accessible, as most of them pass by the condo building. • There are some 24/7 stores on the ground level of the building. • The place is very clean, and the instructions on how to dispose of trash in the building were easy to follow. • The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. • The unit has strong Wi-Fi.

Had and amazing stay, definitely worth it. As the place was very easy to find and super lapit lang sa mga tourist spot and resto na sikat. Plus they have a parking slot in the basement area and also very fast wifi since the area has poor service so i gladly recommend this place. Super bait din ng host and very responsive they even allowed us to check in earlier and accomodate us since we arrived earlier than our check in time. Definitely will come back to this place again.
