Vacation rentals with a pool in San Felipe

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a large group. The kids loved the pools (both adult and kiddie!), and the e-bike was a fantastic bonus for quick trips to the shops. The host and caretaker were incredibly accommodating and kind, even on providing us extra mattresses and blankets. While the rainy season prevented us from fully enjoying the beach (which is a short walk away), the pool was a perfect alternative. The house itself is clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for big families!

My family had a relaxed stay. The place is exactly as advertised and it was easy to find in waze/google maps. We had everything we needed. The kids loved the dipping pool, the adults loved the sofa and tv. We love this quiet neighborhood as we used to spend summer here too, so it was great to be back and reminsce with everyone. Glad we found Bettina's place and we will definitely rebook when we get the chance.

The place was great, and worth every penny we spent, we had a really good time and everything was in order, their staff was very attentive and explained everything very clearly. we had lots to do and the place was very spacious for all of us.... the host was very responsive and gracious... we enjoyed every minute of our stay and the bed linens were superb, very comfy and very clean....

The house had everything we needed, and there was so much space for the whole family to relax and enjoy. We stayed at this accommodation for three days and two nights, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Nestled just steps away from the beach in a serene and quiet community, the setting offered a peaceful and private retreat that felt like a hidden gem. The house itself boasts a stunning view of the river and majestic mountains at the back, while the front opens up to an uninterrupted panorama of the sea. The home is thoughtfully equipped with all the dining and cooking wares you could need, making it incredibly convenient. All you need to bring are your ingredients, condiments to get cooking. This place is perfect for anyone seeking a serene escape close to nature without sacrificing comfort or convenience. However, do be cautious of the sea—the waves can get strong and might pull you away from the shore. It's something to keep in mind while enjoying the beauty of the ocean.

Lee and Ali have been such amazing hosts!! The place is AMAZING! There is a pool, a nice view of the mountains, Ac, and a jeepney just around the corner to take you into the city. I love how quick the hosts were to respond making this long stay of mine amazing. I would book again!

Christopher was very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay, which we truly appreciated. TAV was exactly as described, very cozy, spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom which had a superb interior. The kitchenware was perfect for celebrating our mom’s birthday, dinnerware was complete, with plenty of high-quality plates and various types of glasses. Everything we needed was available. The caretaker was also very helpful and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Very good spot easy walk to perfect beach area and Subic Bay sigh. Very close to the night dinner cruise area the aircon was amazing!! Was already cool when we arrived

Louie is probably one of the best hosts we have encountered so far! He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay that made the experience memorable. His place is clean, quiet, has nice bath room, has great amenities (we loved the pool and the nature!), and it just feels safe and great for families. Thank you, Louie for being a super star host! It was a very nice place to stay in. Unit is comfortable with more than enough amenities. Basic toiletries and towels were provided. Comfort room had heated toilet seats and a bath tub. Kitchen has a working microwave/oven. Built in water purifier for drinking available. Items such as rice cooker, hair dryer, and oil/salt/pepper had to be requested but were provided. My family had a very good time in this place.

Our family enjoyed our stay in your place. Location wise it is near Duty Free and several dining options. The place is very quiet and peaceful. Allowed the family to relax and swim in the morning. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends.
