We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Everything was as I expected

Visited the DR with family to attend a wedding. Jenci was always very responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. Hector the local host was excellent and assisted with our check-in even after my flight was delayed several hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, slept peacefully at night; more than enough room for our party of 9 to spread out and looks just as pictured. If you’re comfortable driving in the chaotic DR streets, then I’d recommend renting a vehicle. The house has parking for two vehicles. I had not driven in the DR for over 20 years but I got my skills back right away! There is also a pool which we didn’t have time to use, but did get in a work out with the gym set up at the house. The AC works great throughout the house, which is important. All in all very comfortable home and would stay again in future visits. Thank you Jenci & Hector!

This place was perfect for my family, first time visiting the south of the country. Everything was as described, beautiful, spacious and let’s not forget the rooftop terrace.

I had a great 3 night visit at La Casita. Patricia is extremely helpful as a host. The unit was exactly as I expected and the location is ideal, within a few blocks of the best restaurants and bars in the Zona. All 3 AC units operated perfectly to provide a comfortable sleeping climate. As a pet owner, I truly appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the 3 minute walk to a large park perfect for exercising your dog. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is my second time that my family and I have stayed at Hacienda Moreyca. We love it. It's very spacious with areas for the whole family to enjoy and rest. Julian is a star, he treated us like royalty

Carlos' Villa is stunning. Looks better in person than in photos. The rooms have ample space to fit your family/friends group trips and pretty much every indoor space has AC. The pool/slide/minibar outside is superb as well. The BBQ and bluetooth speakers (one inside and one outside) are great amenities that were used too. I would definitely come again.

Excellent timeshare with family and good company. In truth, the photos do not honor reality, what you can see there is much more beautiful than that. A paradise on earth. Villa Clara is a dream place, very beautiful, pleasant, well tidy and exquisitely decorated, with an extraordinary view, beautiful gardens and vegetation. Everything in a perfect place. What to say about Doña Clara, a jewel, an angel on earth, always available and willing, as well as Andrés, very helpful. Everything extraordinarily well put. We love it

An excellent option to share as a family, intimacy, privacy, spacious place with a good-sized pool, jacuzzi and more that is air-conditioned. Pleasant outdoor areas. Comfortable, clean rooms. Spacious kitchen area, as well as the living room. Villa easy to get to, we felt safe. The manager is very diligent and friendly, always willing. Anyway, a place we will gladly repeat. Thank you

My husband and I stayed with our children aged 11 months and 3.5 years, where the tranquility, security and comfort reigned. We love the accommodation and above all the good attentions of Rafael for what we need in his time, having 2 children we wanted to make sure they were safe in the apartment. This apartment has everything and the best thing is to be able to go to the balcony and see the beautiful view. We were looking for restaurants, malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, the viewpoint, and we had underground parking. I must point out that the tower staff is friendly and respectful, we loved it! We liked the security of this tower very much. Definitavemente Rafael is an excellent host and next time we wish to stay in his properties. Thank you very much for your kindness and courtesy!
