If you have a car, don’t hesitate and book this place. Best value for money in Bariloche. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the house is great. It has everything you probably need and Dina is a great and responsive host. We’ll definitely come back!

The views of Lake Gutierrez from the accommodation are amazing. You can see it all the time from inside or on the terrace. The atmosphere is super warm and it's very well heated. On the other hand, both Agustín and Nora was super attentive, responding to every concern.

Divine the house, impeccable everything and very well equipped. Very attentive to administrators also every time we consult something. We ecantó, we had a great time, super recommended!!

The house is very nice and comfortable. I traveled with my family (my husband and three children), including two babies aged 1 and 2. I was worried about the stairs, but it had protection at the top, which was a great relief. The bathroom is spacious, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the kitchen had absolutely everything: utensils, coffee, sugar, mate, oil and salt, something that is really appreciated. Silvia's service was exceptional: always attentive, helpful and providing useful recommendations at all times. The location is great if you are driving. It is in the heart of the small circuit, close to the dinosaur park, Cerro Campanario, the Patagonia brewery, the Swiss colony and several viewpoints. Downtown is about 20-25 minutes away by car. In short: a wonderful place. I recommend it 100%.

The accommodation Anna provided was excellent. The photos are just as the cabin looks, even better seeing it in person. Anna was always in touch to address any concerns we had, and even clarified things for us. Without a doubt, the giant window with that beautiful view is priceless. Obviously my partner and I will be back to stay at Anna's cabin!!!!!

This house is amazingly located, with a garden running down to the lake with kayaks available for use. We spent so much time exploring the interconnected lakes, with Mountain View’s in the background. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made cooking the traditional English Xmas meal a breeze! It was clean and comfortable, with an outside barbecue which was well used during the week. Good supermarkets within a 10 minute drive and lots to do within a 20 minute drive, whether mountain walks or bike rides. Would highly recommend.

Thank you Karen, Carolina and Alejandra, you were very attentive and kind to all our questions. We arrived before check-in time and were told that we could enter earlier. The apartment is very nice as seen in the photos, comfortable, complete, easy access, very good location, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I'm sure if we go back to Bariloche with my family, we'd rent it again.

The place was spotless, super comfortable and just as shown in the photos. The view is really amazing, one of the highlights without a doubt. In addition, Hernán was very attentive from the first moment, always willing to help and with excellent service. I would definitely come back!

After seeing dozens of Airbnbs in the area (I'm very meticulous when selecting) I decided on this one because of the beautiful photos. Once inside, it exceeds expectations instantly. The apartment is breathtaking and the views are amazing. Very clean, tastefully decorated and tidy. The layout in the house is impeccable, with the giant, endless window overlooking the lake. A constant feeling of being in a little paradise. Communication with the hosts was instant and super friendly and helpful. My parents and I had a fantastic time, would recommend it to anyone and would always come back.

Beautiful apartment, equipped with new furniture and bedding. The highlight is the breathtaking view of the lake with the snowy mountains in the background. We really liked the heated pool and access to the Arealquen Country Club / Golf, which allowed us to take beautiful photos. Oh, I couldn't forget to mention that Jenny is very helpful, I needed to check out a little later and she allowed it without any problems. When I return to Bariloche, I will definitely stay there again ❤️

Carolina is one of the best hosts I ever met. Extremely attentive, super thoughtful, anticipated queries, providing tips and suggestions. She is a very responsible and committed person. My flight was leaving in the afternoon night of a rainy day and was very friendly and flexible with check out time. The depot is exactly as seen in the photos and is described. It has all the necessary utensils and basic cooking stuff. The bed is very comfortable, as is the chair. Everything was spotless and clean. There were cold days that didn't feel xq everything was very well heated. I recommend visiting at least once the Deto de Caro, they will not regret it; I will definitely go back not well to have a chance.

We had a comfortable 7 days stay. Great location, walking distance to the restaurants in downtown, 2 supermarkets, a near kiosk for last minute shopping and to the downtown. The view is beautiful and the building is quiet. Also, high speed internet for zoom meetings. Really comfy to work from the sofa watching the lake or from the desk. Bariloche was cold and windy but the apartment felt just right to not need to wear additional layers inside. Lucas was very responsive and attentive. Ah, and we had everything that we needed in the kitchen to prepare full breakfasts and snacks. Thanks!

The accommodation is beautiful and all the equipment is top quality. Very comfortable, spacious, with good views, bright and quiet. The pool is huge, very nice and is just over 1 block from the accommodation within the same complex. The water was at a pleasant temperature. There are a lot of workers since the complex is under construction, but everyone is very friendly and we were not bothered by the noise that could be generated. We would definitely come back!

excellent location and right on the lake. parking was good and safe. everything you could need was provided. nothing was missed. she even helped us when we arrived late with ordering food and she was great to do that. we will be staying again at her place 100%. Top shelf..the best!!

Highly recommended. Beautiful place to rest. The living room had a window with a beautiful view. It was well heated to keep out the cold and the sofa was super comfortable! It's a bit far from downtown, but there are supermarkets and good places to eat nearby. You have to go by car.
