Wonderful place. Clean, well equipped. Good location. Secure parking. Very little noise. Great TV. Really good internet. Responsive and friendly hosts. Nothing but good. In fact, perfect. I extended by stay after the first night I was so happy.

My experience in this stay was excellent. The place was spotless, comfortable, and conveniently located. Mrs. Norma was very friendly and helpful at all times. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We stayed with my family per week holy. The facilities were spotless, super clean and identical to the photos. Tomas and Whitney are one of the best hots I contacted, they gave us clear instructions and they were pending if we needed anything. We were also invited homemade bread and direct chipa from the tatakuá. A great place if the idea is to get out of the noise of the city, meters from Lake Ypakarai. It has everything you need to stay for several days and easy access and proximity to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. It also has bikes and what is needed for kayaking in the lake. Before the stay we had a particular inconvenience, Tomas and Whitney were super understandable with us and gave us a hand to be able to fix the problem. Without hesitation, a place that we would repeat again.

Beautiful and comfortable place! Well located, quiet area but with all amenities needed. Near the main street and shops to stock up. The host is very kind and attentive. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is very nice and with quite comfortable for the 12 people, the kitchen has all the cutlery and the tennis court is in excellent condition

Excellent apartment, just as seen in the photos. Everything is impeccable with all the amenities to make you feel at home. The location is perfect, you don't need a car to go to the shopping and all the food places in the area. Finally, Eduardo's service, always attentive, responding quickly to any questions we had. We'll definitely be back to this apartment next time!

The apartment is tastefully decorated and a lot of attention to detail. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, and the living room with integrated kitchen is super bright and nice – ideal for rest and relaxation. Everything went perfect. Elke was very nice and flexible with the check-in time, which is very much appreciated. I'm glad I was able to stay at this place. I definitely recommend it to those looking for a quiet, well-kept and energy-filled space.

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. The apartment is amazing. Each space is designed to generate value for guests. It has much more than one can expect in a stay like this. From the moment you enter, you can notice the attention to detail, the neatness and the affection they put into the space to make it a perfect stay. The apartment and building's facilities make it a stay that exceeds expectations and the location is also incredible because it has everything you need nearby, the neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and it is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. Viviana is a very attentive host, always ready to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop your day to day with ease.

Yes, it was good. There was a shopping mall nearby and shops. It was comfortable and safe in the condominium. I liked the stay, and it has what it says in the description. I always choose a washer and dryer, which is important.
