My experience in this stay was excellent. The place was spotless, comfortable, and conveniently located. Mrs. Norma was very friendly and helpful at all times. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We stayed with my family per week holy. The facilities were spotless, super clean and identical to the photos. Tomas and Whitney are one of the best hots I contacted, they gave us clear instructions and they were pending if we needed anything. We were also invited homemade bread and direct chipa from the tatakuá. A great place if the idea is to get out of the noise of the city, meters from Lake Ypakarai. It has everything you need to stay for several days and easy access and proximity to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. It also has bikes and what is needed for kayaking in the lake. Before the stay we had a particular inconvenience, Tomas and Whitney were super understandable with us and gave us a hand to be able to fix the problem. Without hesitation, a place that we would repeat again.

Super spacious house, each room en suite, a beautiful patio and a large grill for the barbecue. We loved our time there and would definitely come back! The host was attentive at all times, 10 out of 10!

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need to be comfortable, the location is excellent. Shopping malls and restaurants are within walking distance. Paola was in touch and attentive during our stay. Always responded quickly. I recommend his place without a doubt, we'll be back soon!

This unit was perfect for us! Our need was to be within walking distance of family, to be near businesses like grocery stores, and to have access to ASA (American School of Asuncion). Use of Uber made all travel within the city easy. The building's security people were very helpful and polite, and Natalia has decorated the unit with some of her wonderful art.

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Our stay was excellent. We greatly appreciate the host's care and kindness, always willing to help us. The place is very quiet and pleasant, ideal for resting. In addition, it is spacious, very clean and well kept, with everything you need to feel comfortable. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. It is also very well located, with a pharmacy and supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. Totally recommended!

About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he helped find a solution in order for my question to be answered not only correctly, but honestly. Thank you so much Guillermo!
