7 minutes on foot from Hiratsuka Station. Seven minutes to the sea. This guest house is located in a quiet residential area between the station and the sea. We will provide the first floor of a two-story two-family home. We have just renovated the house, so the bathroom, kitchen, toilet and living room are all new. It is a convenient location for those who want to use it as a base for sightseeing in Hakone or Kamakura, exploring the area, watching various sports (J league, B league, professional baseball, athletics, beach volleyball) and participating in competitions, as well as for remote work, and we recommend using it as a multipurpose space. We also provide cooking utensils for those who want to cook. There is a supermarket that sells fresh ingredients nearby, so you can also enjoy doing your own cooking. It's best to use it as if it were a villa in Hiratsuka. Although the COVID-19 pandemic is in a state of contraction, we continue to receive guidance from the health center, and at the same time, due to the impact of the war in Ukraine, we also receive guidance from the police as a counter-terrorism measure. Therefore, use is limited to family members and those who live together. Thank you for your understanding.

You can rent an entire house near the sea. Please use it for travel with family and friends, teleworking near the sea, Shonan relocation experiences, and as a base for sightseeing in the direction of Enoden Kamakura. Parking is also available (vehicle type restrictions apply) Access 8-minute walk from Katase-Enoshima Station on the Odakyu Enoshima Line 7-minute walk from Shonankaigankoen Station on the Enoshima Railway Katakana Beach: 3-minute walk [Good Points] 3 minutes to the beach! There is a hot water shower outside! Movie Night with the projector! (Netflix) NURO optical high-speed WiFi! You can cook in the kitchen with all the cooking utensils! 7-minute walk to the supermarket! [Sorry Point] Trains pass right behind the house! (The end point is close, so it's not that fast...) It's a quiet residential neighborhood, so you have to be quiet at night! You can watch Netflix, but there is no TV! [Check-in/Check-out] Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. The entrance is auto-locked with a touch panel lock, and each customer group has a different PIN number. There are many Zen temples in Kita Kamakura.This [Sumika Exploration House] is located in the mountains by small paths and stairs. Outside the large window is the ginkgo and the mimiji.You can see fresh greenery in spring, plenty of leaves in summer, yellow leaves and autumn foliage in autumn, and Ofuna Kannon in winter. There is no parking lot as it is only accessible by stairs.Instead, there is no sound of cars, all you can hear is the sound of birds chirping, the sound of rinsing around the roof, and the sound of the wind shaking the leaves. Go out to the garden and cut seasonal flowers in the room.I make my own coffee with a mille.There is no excessive service here, but please leave your senses open to your comfort.

The host family lives on the first floor, but the second floor is a completely separated house entering from the outer stairs, so privacy is maintained. The bedroom has 1 room with 6 tatami mats east Japanese-style room (3 sets of futons) + 6 tatami mats South Japanese-style room, 2 single beds, 1 semi-double bed is small room, living room and dining room.
