The Main House is the largest of the three independent homes at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room with a fireplace and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco House and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

The Cosy Apartmemnt

Apartment in quite neighborhood with beautiful view. The apartment has a bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with tub/shower. A balcony with sea view overlooking the harbor. Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.

Studios Limnionas is a self-catering accommodation located in Limnionas Village. It features a garden and sun terrace, while free WiFi access is available in all areas.Opening to a balcony with Aegean Sea views, all studios and apartments come with a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking hobs. Each private bathroom includes a shower. The property offers free parking, while free sun beds and free canoes are also provided on the beach.

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals

This cozy spot used to be my grandma’s summer home, and now it mixes traditional charm with all the modern comforts to make your stay super relaxing.
