The room and bathroom are a little larger and very clean than the photos. There were basic cooking utensils such as pots, frying pans, olive oil, and a microwave, which was convenient. The view of the Marmara sea was relaxing and wonderful. The terrace chairs are very fluffy and comfortable. Carrefour Mart is an 8-minute walk, and the bus and train are a 10-minute walk away. If you take the train and go to two or three stops (about 10 minutes), it is right in the center of the old town. The host welcomed us in person and is a very kind and caring person. I think it has a better view than what was shown. It's a duplex house, the view from the living room was also very beautiful, but the windows were a little dirty due to the wind. Fortunately, there was a glass balcony upstairs, so I went up there and enjoyed the view.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious apartment. We also found the location very convenient and the host very responsive. Would stay at this apartment again.

Each morning we left this very comfortable apartment to easily reach and explore all the jewels of Istanbul. In the evening we would return to our Beyoğlu area to enjoy a meal and drinks with so many restaurants and bars to choose from. The view was great from our balcony and we felt totally safe everywhere we went day or night. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed . Bilge was the perfect host .

We had a great stay at this apartment in the heart of Bakırköy. The place was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. A special thanks to Burak, who was incredibly kind and helpful, even going out of their way to help us recover some lost items after we had already checked out. Highly recommended!

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

Our visit was short but we felt right at home. Location is great with easy to walk to places and safe.

6 out of 5 stars:) The apartment is very tastefully furnished, has character with sweet details and meets all needs, you don't want to leave the house. The balcony and the view are amazing. Burcu is a very warm person and a good host. Cat Luna is a delight:)) The location is very central, so there was a little street noise during the holiday, but it didn't bother me:) Very close to many cafes, restaurants and markets, a big advantage. It may be the best of Heybeli! I plan to come again🫶🌸

The stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and it’s located in a lively neighborhood. There’s a lot to see within walking distance. If you’re in good shape, you can even walk to the historic area of Sultanahmet. The ferry to Kadikoy is also nearby. Taxis are inexpensive, I recommend using Uber. It’s a pity we didn’t meet the host in person; it’s always nice to talk to a local. The apartment and its location are truly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Ali’s house. It is clean and well equipped. The location is magnificent, everything is around you. Shops, restaurants, cafes, and the lovely sea view are just within walking distance (5-10 minutes). I certainly would stay in this house again.

Berek is a wonderful person but the property is not fit for elderly people you will have to climb stairs to get to the barrooms

The place was really nice and clean. It's located close to Galata tower. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Despite the central location, the apartment has good soundproof. Also, there is a conditioner inside which is important for someone who don't like heat. Turgay was very helpful. I got responses to my messages within 5 minutes. He was flexible with a check in and provided useful information about the area and the city.

Great location, close to local amnesties. Gym was a little disappointing since the equipment were less, but the pool, sauna and steam room makes up for it. I had an issue with the AC first night and the host got it fixed the next day. He was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this apartment.

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. Breathtaking views of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, access to the metro and shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

Furkan was very friendly and responsive. He helped me a lot through the whole stay. I had a nice and cozy stay, the place felt like home.

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))
