Beachfront vacation rentals in Sami

Villa Anna commands a fantastic position. A very short walk (literally at the end of the driveway) to the beautiful beach and a number of brilliant tavernas. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, offering privacy and luxury. The villa was immaculate, with spectacular views. Excellent sun loungers and various areas to enjoy the sun, or seek out some shade, we were very comfortable and happy. A bedding and towel change mid week was welcome. Lovely bathroom/shower rooms, with plenty of hot water. Some well stocked local supermarkets within easy walking distance, but be prepared for the steep hill to one of them. Ample parking at the villa, there are quite a few steps up to reach the villa which is above/behind Villa Paloma, which has a sign on the beachfront road.

Lovely charming house in a quite neighbourhood, just a few footsteps from the beach. Kostas is a very helpful and friendly host, and gave us recomandations to what we should see during the stay. We will definately come back.

Ho soggiornato 2 settimane, è una casa incantevole, con ogni confort, e tante anche inaspettate! È un alloggio accogliente , sembra davvero di essere a casa propria. La parte esterna è, secondo me, il cuore di tutto l'appartamento: ampio, comodo, con un divanetto , sedie e tavolini da esterno ed un divano che all occorrenza è un vero e proprio letto....la sera, solitamente ventilata è il posto ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per le spiagge della splendida Cefalonia. La casa è situata in un posto strategico della piccola Poros, tutto è a portata di mano, dalle spiagge, ai ristorantini, al centro.È un posto che mi è piaciuto davvero tanto! Vana è un host gentile, premurosa e presente, pronta a soddisfare e a risolvere nell' immediato qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta. Lo consiglierei a chiunque volesse trascorrere le vacanze in un ambiente al top!

North Paradise is incredible. First the apartment - spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, hot water, strong WiFi and the most stunning view from the balcony. Walking distance - 10 mins to lovely beach and tavernas. But what really makes this place outstanding is your host Dina. She fills the fridge before you arrive. The kitchen cupboards are filled with every appliance you may wish for. Dina will help you hire cars, book boat trips and generally do anything for you. I cannot rate North Paradise highly enough. If you want peace and quiet, a gorgeous beach and taverna within a 5 minute walk then this is for you. You will get the warmest Kefalonian welcome.

Die Wohnung entspricht den Angaben und den Fotos. Mirka ist sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist einfach gehalten, war für unsere Zwecke aber ausreichend und sehr sauber. Einzig die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas besser sein können. Grundsätzlich hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Agia Effimia war ein perfekter Ausgangsort, um die Insel zu erkunden.

We really enjoyed our stay at the bungalow, it was in a good location within walking distance of a supermarket and restaurants at Porto harbour. The house had everything we needed and the pool was a great addition as it was very hot! We hired a boat from George which was a fabulous day. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

This was an amazing place and phenomenal hosts! Connie and Andy were flexible, accommodating, had great communication, and were super helpful! We were greeted by Andy who was waiting to show us to the place so we knew exactly where it was. He greeted us with some goodies which were delicious and a sweet gesture. He showed us around the place and checked in with us to make sure we were good throughout our stay. Beautiful view of the ocean. Clean pool and place. Had everything we could ask for and more! Can walk to the local market, cafes, and a great restaurants. Strongly recommend staying here!!!

This house was perfect for our trip to Kefalonia. We were able to walk to the beach, local restaurants, and the local grocery store. It’s a great location for exploring the island as well. The host was great and the house was as clean.

This place is amazing! The location is brilliant and the house itself is superb. We travelled as a group of 6 with a baby and the house had everything we needed and more. It is very well equipped for a family. There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby (just a short walk). Finikas below is great, we also enjoyed eating at ‘Cerenas’ ‘to Perasma’. A morning coffee at the Cactus cafe is wonderful overlooking the sea. The only restaurant we would avoid is Sea Rock as we had a very bad experience there - there are many better restaurants in Agia Efima in our opinion! We enjoyed swimming in the small coves and the yellow boats are great to hire for an independent boat trip. The house itself is a great relaxation spot, we loved spending time chilling out in the pool. The host was really responsive to our questions and we were also kindly given fresh towels half way through our stay. I would highly recommend staying here- it was perfect in every way. We really enjoyed our stay at Evgenia’s place! It was our first time in Kefalonia and we found Lourdas to be incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The accommodation is basic but has everything you need and for a brilliant piece, and the pool is really lovely! We stayed 5 nights and the place was spotless (in fact freshly cleaned) when we arrived, and was cleaned again half way through our stay with fresh towels - much appreciated after lots of sand and chlorine! The location is fantastic! 5 minute walk downhill to the beach and all the amazing waterside restaurants, a 5 minute walk uphill to the local shop. We would 100% stay here again!! This was a lovely villa and exactly what we expected. It was spotlessly clean and was a joy to stay in. It was a short walk to an excellent range of bars, really good restaurants (we particularly liked Chefalonia) and shops. We found the villa very private and secluded. It was furnished to a high standard, supplied with everything we could need, in beautiful landscaped gardens giving us wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. We had an unusual and unexpected problem and this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by Neil. All in all a delightful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Alancia. The suites are both beautiful and spotless, and Magdalini and her husband are fantastic and very accommodating. Alancia has an amazing view of the water and is in a great location, close to lots of bars and restaurants, with Karavomylos beach a 10 minute walk away, and Antisamos beach just a 10 min taxi away. We can’t wait to be back at Alancia later in the summer!

Had a wonderful 3 weeks stay. The house was lovely and cosy. Had everything we needed and more. Chrisanthi was lovely and helpful, came in every day with fresh bedding and towels and kept everything clean and tidy. Gave us fresh eggs and vegetables every now and then. We loved the beach cove which was a 15 min walk to, sandy beach and the water was clear and warm with comfy sunbeds. Used the pool to cool off in the late afternoons. Secure internet with wifi. Supermarket about a 5 minute walk with every day needs. Need a car go to the big Lidl. The restaurants nearby and within walking distance were very friendly and we had some really good meals and i highly recommend the local wine, it was delicious. We slept well and came away feeling well rested. Thank you 😊

Fantastic location, easy to find, 20 minutes from the airport, 6 mins from Argostoli. Beaches all around and within walking distance. Amazing host and very welcoming. This villa is perfect for any getaway.

A beautiful penthouse apartment with a spectacular view. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a modern design. Was a perfect base for exploring Kefalonia.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anna Maria's apartment in Fiskardo. The apartment is clean and beautifully decorated. It is a very calming environment. This is the second time we have stayed here and would certainly come back again. It is simple but elegant and in a fantastic location for exploring Fiskardo. We met Anna Maria (who is lovely!) There are loads of cats in the square ❤️

We relished our stay at Dimitris‘ and Ioannas place enormously. It is romantic and easily the most beautiful old house in Poros. Close by the water one can see and hear the sea constantly. In addition we were made to feel welcome and at home instantly.

Katy’s apartment is superb, in a fantastic location and spotlessly presented. Nicole who happened to be on site was always very friendly and helpful and wanted us to have the best holiday in Fiskardo. We’ll be returning next year.

Il Loft è freschissimo e la vista dalle finestre è strepitosa. Non ha spazi aperti ma la terrazza della Guest house è a disposizione 24/7. Ho avuto un piccolo problema di salute e hanno reagito immediatamente aiutandomi e con estrema cortesia. Sicuramente la miglior destinazione ad Assos, nella parte più spettacolare di Cefalonia e lontano dal caos di Fiskardo!

Xaralampos è stato un host disponibilissimo e sempre gentile. Viaggiando con una bimba di 4 mesi ci ha fatto la cortesia di farci trovare una culla per la notti. L’appartamento è pulitissimo e fornito di tutto, inoltre è a 10 mt dal mare e all’ingresso della piazzetta principale del meraviglioso villaggio di Assos. Appena potremo, torneremo sicuramente.

What a pleasure to meet Mitsi and her parents they were lovely and made us very welcome. We loved sitting outside and listening to the waves, it was so peaceful and just what we needed. Sunrise over the sea was particularly beautiful so to sit and watch it with a coffee from the comfort of the porch was perfect. Accommodation was well equipped and it was great to get new towels halfway through our stay. Location was fab only a short walk to amenities, restaurants and main square where you could book excursions or take the local bus. Definitely a place to unwind.
