Vacation rentals with a patio in Samana

Good place and really, really Fantastic host! Just a few minutes walk to the Malekon, restaurants and small shops. 4 min drive to bigger shops like K-Mill. Alexander gave very clear instructions how to find place, where to park car etc. For some small temporary issue with water (common for all residential areas) he gave us credit! Wow! Definitely worth money and we had great time there. Thank you Alexander!

I went with my husband and we loved the place. Just like in the photos, everything was clean, organized, comfortable, in general everything was really good. Good location, as it is close to everything and at the same time you can rest peacefully as the complex is quiet. Very friendly, available every time they were contacted, accessible for any request you might have. I would definitely go back. ☺️

It’s a very beautiful accommodation, very clean and spacious. Good bathroom, good shower, super comfortable bed. The pool area is beautiful too. Camila was great and let us in early as we arrived early. The fridge stopped working while we were there and she had a new larger fridge delivered the next day, so appreciated as the weather was nice and sunny so we needed cold drinks. The patio is very large and overlooks the pool area and the street. There are great restaurants across the street, like Sparrows and Dos Gringos. Also very close to the main downtown area. We rented a scooter and drove to many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our time and would go again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great spot! Far enough outside of town to have peace and quiet, but easy to get to town and the beaches.

A peaceful, soulful tiny retreat We stayed at this tiny apartment in Las Terrenas with my wife and baby, and it was truly a special experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt a deep sense of peace — the sound of birds in the morning, the natural warmth of the wood, and a creative, minimalist design that invites you to slow down and take a breath. The space is small but beautifully designed. Everything is in its place, super clean, organized, and full of personality. It reminded me of a cozy Nordic cabin — simple yet rich in charm — with a tropical twist that makes it unforgettable. Harley was an excellent host, always responsive and thoughtful. You can tell there's love and care behind every detail. If you're looking for a quiet, inspiring place to disconnect and recharge, this is it. We'd love to come back.

Perla is a delightful host! She clearly communicated directions to the house and info about the electricity deposit. The space was pristine and peaceful at night - construction next door during the day wasn’t really a bother since we were out early. The hot water in the downstairs shower ran out quickly and it was a little too cool at night to use the Picuzzi but otherwise a magical place to stay at the start of our DR trip. Would recommend having a car to get to and from.

Excellent place. Comfortable, clean and attentive to every detail, the nearby beach is beautiful and waiting for the sunset there was everything. The host was super attentive to my family. We will definitely be back.

Villa Anita Isabel was beautiful! We had a great stay, we felt welcomed, safe, and peaceful. The villa was clean, organized, quiet, in safe location, and beautiful inside and out. Beautiful house with amazing views and in an isolated location above the hills of Las Galeras. To reach it you have to do about 1km of dirt road, it is basically essential to have a means of transportation because there is nothing in the surrounding area. The house is beautiful and spacious, I must only point out the absence of curtains, shutters or blinds, at dawn you will inevitably be awakened by the strong rays of the sun rising right on the bedroom window

Amazing!!! The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful. The area is very beautiful and the local people are extremely nice. I absolutely love the area and I cannot wait to come back. The hosts helped us with EVERYTHING. Found us a driver, great meals, cleaners, helped with excursions, helped us translate, found us a chef, and got us transportation to and from the airport. I could not have asked for a better trip or better hosts. Everything I needed, they accommodated it. The Airbnb itself is absolutely gorgeous and the backyard area was breathtaking. The beach was walking distance and very clean and friendly. We will be coming back!!!

Our stay at Fabien’s beachfront apartment in Las Terrenas was exceptional. The property is impeccably furnished and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-stocked, catering even to those who enjoy cooking. We appreciated thoughtful touches such as a welcome basket of local fruits and a selection of toiletries, including sun protection products. Fabien was a gracious and attentive host, ensuring our experience was seamless. The location offers easy access to the beach and nearby amenities, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway.

Everything was super good. The host was very kind and always attentive. The location is very nice and everything was very clean. The only thing is that there are quite a few mosquitoes because there are many plants around, so bring your repellent. Other than that, everything is great.

We had a great time in Las Terrenas and loved Saskia's place. it was clean and well cared for. it had a great view of the ocean and sunset. Saskia and her team were very proactive in communicating with us. We would absolutely stay here again.

It's a place worth it for its price and location, it has a great view of the watchtower and the bridge. The apartment is very comfortable and pleasant.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Punta Playa Popy in Las Terrenas! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and a quick walk to tons of great restaurants, cafes, shops, and activities. Everything you could want is less than 5 minutes away! The property itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool area that’s perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The beach nearby is breathtaking, and the vibe of the whole area is peaceful yet full of life. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were modern, clean, and brand new, we truly felt at home and it was dream come true vacation! The hosts are outstanding: welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips that made our trip even better. If you're thinking of coming to Las Terrenas, this is the place to stay. It’s central, lovely, and full of charm. Can’t wait to return—we highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway in Samaná!
