Our boat is on one side of the dock, and you’re welcome to use the other side for yours. There is a public boat ramp less than a mile away. We have so much fun at our little lake house! We’d like to share the fun with your family! We have a one bedroom with a queen bed. Living room with couch and loveseat and futon. Sitting room looking towards the lake with a futon that can sleep 2. The kitchen is full with pretty much anything you need. Also we have a cooker and charcoal grill on the porch. No Wi-Fi sorry! Please bring your on linens and towels. There are some there and if used would prefer you to wash and put away.
