Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Saluda Lake is said to be one of Greenville's best kept secrets. Though a small 331 acre lake, the nearly 2 mile river to the 1920's working dam is great water to boat and fish. 13 mins to main street Greenville; 5 mins to Furman University; 45 mins to Clemson University or Lake Hartwell area. 5 mins to grocery stores.
