The Selma vacation home is located in the heart of a protected nature area in the Kettrup Hills. Here you can find peace and slow down. The area is suitable for activities in nature, and there are plenty of trails for both biking and hiking. The house was built in 1975, and the original style has been tried to preserve. There is no luxury here, but plenty of tranquility and opportunity for presence. Within driving distance of the house are Blokhus and Løkken, which offer plenty of cultural attractions and dining options. Dog welcome but only on the floor 😀

Unique orangery with 2 rooms, and panoramic windows with green views of the large garden, from which the sun can be enjoyed on the terrace after good walks in the woods and along the North Sea. The fireplace's evening warmth provides the atmosphere for conversation and long evenings, and after a good night's sleep, the area's many excursion spots can be enjoyed within a short driving distance. From the property's farm sale, fresh produce can be bought and cooked in the orangery's mini-kitchen. The house is only a 5-minute drive from Fårup Sommerland.

From the large terrace facing south you have a scenic view of the beautiful and preserved nature incl. great views of the dunes. Blånæs – a historic pearl in Løkken with a panoramic view of the North Sea This unique summer house is probably the best known of all the properties in the seaside resort of Løkken. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.

Huset ligger på en stor naturgrund hvor rådyr og fasaner ofte kigger forbi.
