There is a large enclosed courtyard for the property here, and is almost like a large park with really good space around. Although the apartment is close to a busy road, it is very quiet in the street itself, which is one-way. I look forward to welcoming you to my home, which I make a lot of effort to make cozy and inviting :-)

There is a cozy nightlife and close to grocery stores. Smooth connections to central Malmö but also to Hyllie and Copenhagen. The detached cottage of about 20m2 is located in our garden with its own entrance and patio. 24-hour free parking is available on the street in front of the cottage.
