In summer, venture out towards lakes and meadows or lie down in the garden or visit our vegetable garden. 45 minutes from Bolzano fair. The apartment, consisting of two rooms, a bathroom and a living area, is located in Cavareno, in Alta Valle di Non, and offers a pleasant view of the surrounding mountains. It is on the second floor of a historic building, completely renovated, equipped with an elevator. All basic services are within walking distance in the immediate vicinity, as well as several attractions for sports lovers. On the ground floor, there is a supermarket for shopping in comfort. This hidden place in the middle of the local forests is your perfect retreat: protected from prying eyes, you can relax on the sunny mountain meadow in summer, in the Finnish sauna in winter and in the private outdoor whirlpool all year round. After an active day, enjoy the inviting tranquillity and fresh mountain air in pleasant water temperatures. In the evening, round off the day by the crackling fire in the fireplace.

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Vacations in historic homes

We live in a large historic residence from the 1600s in the small village fraction of Scanna in the municipality of Livo. We rent 40s qm apartment ideal for 2 adults and a small child. Our guests can share our large garden with us. Small pets extra charge of 5.00 euros per night. Our dog Masha also lives in the house with us. Mandatory provincial tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night; to be paid in cash upon arrival.
