Vacation rentals with a patio in Salt Lake City

We loved Marisa’s place. This is the second time we stay at her condo. Our group consisted of my daughter, her three sons (ages 13, 10 and 7) and myself. We loved the super clean and roomy setup, and the proximity to shops, restaurants and the mountain trails. The two tandem parking spots helped a lot, since we had a very large car and a huge bike rack. My grandkids summed well the experience: “Next year, when we visit Utah, we shall rent the same place. “

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Robert’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The space was light and airy, as well as very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. His landscaping was dreamy and I was jealous!

Great studio in the heart of downtown! Right next to a rail station so you can get anywhere within reason from this location. Had so many amenities for us to use and was very clear with the instructions for check-in/out. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Loved this place. Short drive from all of downtown SLC. We felt right at home and had all that we needed. We were able to cook and go out and enjoy walks around the area. It was very clean and comfortable! I will definitely come back in the future!

Great location so easy to hop on the highway or run to the store. Spacious for 18 & 21 y.o. to stay with parents they LOVED the bouncy stools and want to get their own. Overall wonderful stay

Every part of this exceeded our expectations! Kind and helpful, super responsive hosts. They went above and beyond to make every aspect of our stay comfortable. The accommodation was immaculately clean. Everything you could need provided. Parking was easy and location convenient to a variety of good food options. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful and well kept. We felt very safe. Waking up to the view of the lush backyard a delight. I hope we can return someday soon.

This was the cutest little condo I stayed at, my boyfriend and I so pleased with how comfortable everything was. It was so clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony had a view of the City lights. We will most definitely be coming back.

I was looking for a peaceful place to relax for a couple days and this was a perfect place. it is clean, cute, and close to a couple of nice parks. it had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The host's instructions were easy to follow and the host was great to work with. very goid experience.

Excellent space for our family of 4 - easy to access, comfortable, spacious, clean, beautiful sunny patio (sun shining into condo at 7:30pm was a treat!) Highly recommend.

The condo was a fun little getaway! The hot tub was our favorite part! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our little retreat. I was able to reach out to Isaac and got immediate responses. my husband and I were very pleased with our hosts and fun weekend at the condo! Park City is always great, and this little studio is really a cozy spot to stay. We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Something to note however, the building does have an elevator but it is not wheelchair or stroller accessible due to 3 stairs that sit in the hallway before the unit. Most of the units in this building seem to be short term rentals as nearly everyone we spoke to was renting and PC is a tourist destination, so while there is plenty of parking you may end up in the next lot over. The hosts are wonderful and respond promptly, you can tell that the unit is being cleaned and kept up. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the condo! Quiet-never heard any neighbors. We liked the location— being in between Kimball Junction and PC Main Street. Scott was very kind and communicative!
